They got a Wendy’s and dropped the DQ the parking lot is a joke. Blindside angled parking if your got a split axle flatbed you better park somewhere else. You will woken up with damage to your truck.

Trucker opinion:
The truck parking lot is painted incorrectly. I assume Pilot decided to squeeze in as many spaces as possible and thus the parking spaces are far too narrow and not long enough for 53 foot trailers with sleeper cabs. Also, blindside angled backing is absurd.
The laundry room has 3 washers and 4 dryers. This is a great amount compared to other Pilot locations. The laundry room is filthy though. The insides of the washers smell rancid because the doors are not left open or the machines need maintenance. When I arrived all of the washers were closed. The TV in the laundry room appears to not function.
My shower was great. The room was clean, the water was hot and the water pressure was strong. They did not provide a floor mat like Pilot typically does.
The store is stocked and clean. The staff were friendly.

This place has southern hospitality all over it.
The lot is free of clutter regularly and the guy, Micheal is all over it. So please drivers, respect the man and keep it clean cause he's working hard to keep up!
The lot spaces for trucks are a little tight and some blind-backing, so if your set-up is not great, you should practice before coming in.
The showers were very clean and water pressure was awesome.
The food here highlights Wendy's, which made our order hot and fresh with clean area as well.
Bathrooms are clean and ready for a Superbowl!
Service was amazing! The team members were all super friendly and welcoming.
Overall the reason for only a 4 was the truck tight parking and no mailbox for postal costumers. This is a great stop for anything else! Thank you for making us feel welcome!

Sign posted out front said download and save ,10 cents on gas. So I did and went inside and paid for gas. Pumped my gas and left. within 3 minutes I got a text saying my card was denied invalid pin, i pulled up my bank statement and some tried to use my card at a pilot in Knoxville TN. I uninstalled the app and will never buy gas there again unless it's an emergency and then I'll pay cash

There are fraud credit card machines at gas pumps. I was travelling from other state, stopped by to get $22 gas to discover day later that I was charged $450 on my credit card. How in the world management let something like this happen? Partnership with scammers? Or no management at all? Or it's intentionally made? I had to called credit card fraud department to cancel payment. What a shame to pilot gas stations, never stop or use them again.

Store looked so dirty , Lady’s are just standing around on 3rd shift and talking bad about people. Also they have a car parked out near front door blocking entrance, Not so professional
