“Sherri, the owner who assisted was great. She was very polite and most helpful. Her location had so much room to maneuver it was no problem picking up the trailer nor returning it. It was very difficult to maneuver at the last location I went to and that’s why I changed. As I stated earlier, Sherri was great and I don’t know of anything you could do to make improvements for the next customer.”

She was very thorough and clear in her explanations, and had some excellent suggestions for me. I could tell from my communication communications with her that she was not just committed to helping me, I get the feeling that this is the same level of service she gives to everyone. This location is a great example of what all Uhaul centers should be.”
