We recently visited the haw river location and they had no tools to help us put on the ball which mind ya all was still loose upon leaving. The young boy didn't bother to come outside to see if the u-haul trailer was safe he was to busy playing on the computer

Charlie was the agent I've dealt with during my moving ordeal. He was the most professional Uhaul agent yet! If you're in need of moving and possible storage rental PLEASE believe me when I tell you that it's worth the trip to the Highway 54 location. If ever in need of relocating again is gladly go out of muy way simply because of the level of professionalism and exceptional customer service!!!!
