Bought some trail mix nuts there. They were very old tasting. I looked at the date they had expired a month ago. Took the pack back in the store. Wasn't being mean. Wasn't demanding money just to let him know and all three of them looked at me like and so who cares and did not care at all. I would definitely go right down the road not 3 seconds later and go to Hot spot

The staff is friendly and accommodating and keep the establishment well cleaned. The frozen slushies are top notch, Don't throw your cup away because you can get a 75 cent refill. I have yet to see an out of date product on their shelf.

the only place u can go to order a small carmal frap and a sausage mcmuffin and they try to give u a Mocha frap and a fruit Topia then when u don't leave the window so they can fix it they get mad when u done clearly paid the money for said order so they toss a sausage biscuit at u just so u leave with what looks to be a carmal frap til u take a sip and its mocha with carmal on top literally just hand them 5 bucks and tell them to suprise u because u never get what u order here

Really rude customer service. As usual, the credit/debit card machine was down. The cashier said their machines are really old. So, just know, if you want to pay in the store, you need cash. When my card would not go through due to their problems with their credit/debit machines, I said don't worry about it, and decided not to continue to try and get my debit card to go through. This manager, who was also my cashier, simply said ok. She did not say I am sorry that the machine did not work, she did not even say have a good day, nothing, simply, ok. As someone who has worked in customer service for many years myself, if I knew that the business I was working at was at fault, and caused a customer to not be able to complete a purchase, I would itleast say sorry about that, something that showed that I actually cared. This manager simply acted as if she could care less. I will take my business elsewhere now. The hassle of this place is not worth it. This place also does not practice social distancing in a time when COVID-19 cases are spiking again. I had to say repeatedly, that I wanted to keep my distance in order to have this manager respect my personal space. When I said that I think it is polite to keep your distance during this time, to practice social distancing, she did eventually give me some space. Some people just do not have good customer service skills, so, I am not sure how this manager that I am referring to has lasted as long as she has at this store.
