I saw some bad reviews and I cannot understand that. I have been using this post office for 12 years, and they are ALWAYS very helpful and professional. One package was temporarily misplaced during the Christmas rush, and I got it the next day, but I have had much worse problems with FedEx. They have lost several this year.
