The product is great I love the items I have but the calls payment don’t even be 6 hours late they call you right after they payment is missed I’m not trying to stop anyone from doing their job but I know there is a policy on the call customers it really ridiculous to do people this way this even if you have 1 or 2 payments left yes I was late a couple times due to personal reasons but I will not be purchasing from this company again good luck to anybody else

I bought a sectional that was on displays few months and the latches to attach weren’t compatible so I can’t attach. Quality is crap. Shop somewhere else.I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION . Falsely advertised

First I put in a online order call Monday they said did not see my order at all so call customer services they said that they see my order and. Should be in Henderson long story call back today see now got setup audio payment and pay first month which it not do to next month pay 1 online so call Oxford store they take care of me no problem at all and did not pay first month need something to rent go to oxford store

I am very dissatisfied with the customer service. I walked in and was immediately greater with rude and unhelpful workers and when I complained to the manager they told me I was a mistake and called me several slurs including the n word. They also proceeded to call me a monkey while imitating gorilla noises. It’s safe to say this is the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced and I will be calling HR.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was trying to purchase a chair for my living room and asked for a workers an opinion on a piece and they rolled their eyes and walked off. Then when I tried to complain to the manager the flipped me off and said that “Jews should’ve all died in the holocaust” AND IM NOT EVEN JEWISH. They proceeded to call me the n-word and yell at me to “get the f out my store.” I am disgusted and will never be shopping at this establishment again!

would leave no stars if i could, customer service is absolutely atrocious. waited for help for about 20 minutes, and when i got it the manager was disrespectful and short with me; he called me a “roach” on my way out and locked the door.

Staff sucks. If I could give a zero I would. No professionalism at all. Family working in the same store together makes it even worse. Went in to make a payment saw they were all busy so I left to call inside to make a payment & could barely hear the young lady taking my payment due to a male employee cursing & talking loudly in the background. No type of respect for customers.

I don't care for the people that are working at the Henderson Aaron there attitude are not good.Have a smart mouth.They even call you before you get out the bed.And also try to make you put your card on file.
