I placed my order today on 3-21-24 at exactly 1811. What I have witnessed today is the most extremely disgraceful service I have ever seen from any fast food restaurant I left the drive thru at 1834.... Over 20 minutes in the drive thru!!!!I started in fast food in the year 2000ish at 6 Dollars an hour and our times were 2 minutes from time of order to time of pickup at the window. I'm sorry but even though I think waves should be a little higher for employees in fast food the service has got to be quality service. Otherwise the labor is not worth paying for.And I hate to be harsh I really do but there were at least 4 people in the kitchen preparing orders it shouldn't take 23 minutes no

The sandwich I purchased that night was NOT what my wife expected. It was made poorly and didn't have half the meat it was supposed to have. I will eat there again but will not order that particular sandwich for her again.

The restaurant was clean and the employees were great they did their job. The was not good, my husband's sandwich was cold. I had a gyro made with roast beef, not real very disappointing.

Went there at 9:45, and no one came to drive thru intercom system . Drove up to the window, young lady said they were close. I then replied online and the window say you close at 9 she said well we close now. This establishment apparently shut’s down when they feel like it . 08/02/2023

Unfortunately so many businesses are understaffed and Arby’s is no exception. There were only a couple workers and the lobby was closed. The employees were doing the best they could, considering how short staffed they were. The employees are the only reason I am giving it more than 1 star. They were polite and courteous. I used the app to order. Since Arby’s does not have online order spots, like other restaurants, I was stuck in a line of many cars. The app gave me a time for my online order. Since I had to wait in the drive thru line, I got my lunch 35 minutes later. If these places are going to survive, it’s time for the big execs to take a little less, so they can pay more and get a few more employees.

Waited at drive through for 30 minutes while they kept telling me computers were down. Went inside and they had 2 registers at front with one not being used. Anytime they could have said drive around it is going to be a while instead of "one sec" over and over again. Why not ring up at a different register? I was helped inside but couldn't do it at the drive through? Roast beef tasted old, and mozzarella sticks had something hard melted inside the cheese sticks like plastic.

I had to wait 30 mins to even oder plus on top of it all they couldn't get my oder right I can't stand the way Arby's cheese taste so how hard is it to make to classic roast beef with out that cheddar cheese I have eaten at many Arby's this place has poor customer service and can't even get a order right I am said to report this but customer you want at a fast food joint make sure the oder it right
