I was traveling from Silver Spring Md and my car broke down right by Auto Connection. Come to find out I needed a fuel pump for my BMW. The crew at Auto Connection were very polite and professional. They made me feel at home & very HONEST people. I would recommend Auto Connection to anyone living in the Henderson NC area and anyone having car trouble around the area and the prices are very reasonable as well. THANK YOU AUTO CONNECTION!!! :)

LISTEN HERE!!!!!!! Questions? Doubts? FRET NOT! Auto Connection is the real deal. I needed a MAJOR, emergency repair and pulled up 30mins before closing. Mr. Mike fixed me up and had me back on the road in no time. Not to mention, I’m almost sure I owe them much more than they charged me. I will forever be grateful for the staff and ownership of Auto Connection!!!

My car broke down right next to Auto Connection due to my alternator. The owner and the employees were very nice. They answered all of my questions and even made suggestions on how I could save money. They made me feel very comfortable, provided me with options and zero pressured. All very important factors when trying to make a decision regarding costly vehicle repairs. They did an excellent job replacing my alternator. I will definitely take my vehicle to them again.

Was towed to this location while traveling to South Carolina. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they fixed an issue that was improperly repaired by another mechanic and replaced a faulty alternator. They had me back on the rode in less than 2 hours. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I wish they were in my hometown. I would get my car serviced here regularly.

Had an emergency issue with my engine cover falling and scraping against the pavement 3 hours into a 4 hour drive. Thankfully, Auto Connection was within 2 miles of where I was parked on I-85, waiting for AAA, and they were open. Limped down to the shop and they were incredibly accommodating, getting my car on the lift to remove what few pins remained intact. And they wouldn’t let me pay them for the service. The entire staff was friendly and their generosity to a stranger from out of town was very much appreciated.

Everyone was super nice. They did a great job. They were able to get it in and even did a follow up afterwards to make sure that we were satisfied. They were all very helpful. I would definitely recommend auto connection!

On a long trip in pouring rain we had a flat tire.Pulled into Auto Connection Henderson. They were not only helpful, super friendly, fast, but also reasonably priced service. Good folks! Very thankful for their help!

I have had the most positive experiences x’6 I have purchased 5 vehicles from this Auto Connection Dealership and have been pleased with each purchase.. i am super excited to be purchasing my 6th vehicle today … I appreciate the entire staff who is always willing to give me information and help me with any and all questions I may have. The down payments as well as the monthly payments are affordable. My special thanks to Johnny, Ricky, Kim and my best friend ever Jackie because we share the same first names… if you desire a used vehicle in great condition definitely stop by and talk with them… you won’t be disappointed at all.
