“There are no words to praise these gentlemen high enough. My young adult daughter had a car issue on that dreaded stretch of I-85N - with seemingly nothing around for miles (right before crossing into Va.) And actually, I'm glad it happened there - because she could not possibly have received better service in Virginia. East Carolina Tire was a life-saver and had the issue quickly resolved before she could even finish a call with the rental company on how to proceed! They are personable, efficient to the core and a company of integrity. I only wish we lived closer to take advantage of such great customer service. Residents of Henderson - you are more lucky than you know!”

“My wife, our puppy and I were driving from up north to our home in Florida. As Murphy's Law would of course dictate, our cars air conditioning completely died, as we drove south, on literally the hottest day of the year!! (Literally)This, of course happened on a Sunday, when every auto repair shop was closed. We checked into a hotel and waited with bated breath until Monday morning to see if by some miracle I could get help with the AC QUICKLY as we needed to get home to a friend's funeral and see my 93 year old Dad.As panic set in more deeply and deeply with every mile we drove, we realized opening the windows had absolutely no effect at all in the seriously oppressive heat. We stopped at the local Advance auto parts store who were also very, very helpful .(Thank You Wayne)They suggested Winsteads Radiator and AC Service for a Monday morning visit.I went and met with the owner manager, Ryan, who could not have been more helpful!! He immediately understood my very difficult travel predicament!!By 12 Noon, the new compresor that needed to be special ordered that morning had arrived at Winstead and by 1:30 PM was fully installed. BOTTOM LINE:: Ryan had immediately tested my entire AC system, determined a new compressor was needed ((BTW...provided a thorough explanation as to why), gave me a very fair, honest and reasonable price and jumped on getting the work done ASAP. All performed competently and professionally!!((an increasingly rare experience)).I whole heartedly recommend Ryan and Weinstead to any one in need of a professional diagnosis, honest estimate and quality work they might need on the AC or radiator on their auto.”

“I cannot recommend this place enough! I am from another state and on a road trip through NC. Something hit my car on the highway and pulled of the bottom part of my car. I called Edwards body shop, and they said I could come in without an appt. One of the mechanics put screws in the bottom of my car to re-secure it, checked all my fluid levels and I was on my way within 20 mins, free of charge! The staff there was SO friendly and welcoming. A true godsend- definitely check this place out!”

“I’m superintendent for nationwide contractor I travel all over the United States. My biggest problem is always big corporations do not work Saturday and Sunday and I need my truck Monday through Friday. Therefore, when the generator started going out I had no choice but to look for mechanic that works Saturday or Sunday. Fortunately, I found one, so I literally called him up asked him what it would roughly cost to change an alternator for my truck and he gave me a price, he stuck that price and unfortunately the alternator that I bought that was brand new was bad so I had to go get another alternator bring it back and I did pay him to put the second one on which is only fair. He’s a great guy very knowledgeable. Great son And what really impressed me was the man actually did it outside in the cold frigid temperatures without any hesitation great job Juan may God bless you and your family. Keep up the great work if I’m ever an area and I need another mechanic, you will definitely be the man.He does work Saturdays and I’m sure he’ll be able to help you on Sunday if it’s an emergency”
