“I brought my medium duty truck (my toy) in for front end alignment, Bubba the mechanic found one front tire bearing loose, showed me the tire movement, tightened the bearing, refilling the oil, completed the alignment, test drove the truck, noticed a rattle on passenger side, turned out to be very loose engine mount. He tightened that, checked all my brakes ires, found rear air bags were dry rotted, added engine oil since it was low, and gave everything the once over to ensure I didn't have any significant issues! Totally bringing my truck back for tires and air bags! Awesome customer service!”

“There are no words to praise these gentlemen high enough. My young adult daughter had a car issue on that dreaded stretch of I-85N - with seemingly nothing around for miles (right before crossing into Va.) And actually, I'm glad it happened there - because she could not possibly have received better service in Virginia. East Carolina Tire was a life-saver and had the issue quickly resolved before she could even finish a call with the rental company on how to proceed! They are personable, efficient to the core and a company of integrity. I only wish we lived closer to take advantage of such great customer service. “I work in Durham M-F, so time was of the essence. Early one Saturday morning not too long ago, without an appointment, I stopped by for what I thought was only to have my brakes replaced. I end up needing to replace my rotors and one of the calibers too. Fortunately, all went well and I was pulling out of the garage two hours later. “The men who work in the shop went above and beyond to help me and my husband today. They put on two tires to replace some almost-flats we had on the front and those worked fine. We went down the road and noticed some wobbling and took it back to them, and they took the time to figure it out for us. They were as concerned as we were, didn't give us the run around, and when they figured out that the issue had been coming from damage we had taken on before our visit, they fixed us right up and gave us a great deal. Also, they were very polite and conversational, and complimented our dogs, which was very welcome during this stressful process. We will definitely be using them as our go-to tire guys in the future and recommend that others do too!”
