“Having trouble amortizing my mortgage. When does the interest payment portion go up on a fixed rate mortgage loan. Every month I pay extra to be deducted from the principal. Never late ..ever. Talked to the bank. They're talking crazy. Guess it's time to chat with the banking commission.”
