My daughter was tested for flu and Covid, they came back negative. Doc wanted to do another test and said faint test for flu came back. I took her somewhere else after, she was negative for both but positive for RSV. The staff was very kind and gentle with my girl. But this a small location who can’t do very much in some cases. I probably will not go back here.

Despite being sick, I had a great experience at FastMed in Henderson. The front desk staff were very friendly. Wait time wasn’t long. The nurse was super sweet. And, Dr Mike was very patient. He listened to all my symptoms and answered all of my questions. The entire staff spent more time with me than my primary doctor. Thank you all for still practicing great patient care!

Better than the actual emergency room. Treated with care and full attention. I contracted HFMD from my child’s school. Went to the emergency and they told me to take benadryl went to FastMed; Dr.Mike saw my scars and immediately prescribed prednisone which is helping me way more. I am grateful for FastMed all of the staff was amazing.

Although they we a bit slow to realize my pain, the PA was very sympathetic and helpful. I have had different opinions on whether my leg is actually broken though. Still waiting on that orthopedic referral to confirm.

This is the best urgent care I have ever gone to. It’s the staff for me! Doctor Mike is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Nurse Jada is super friendly and caring. Receptionist Mike is helpful and fast. All three of them have amazing personalities. Each time that I am there, I am seen by the doctor and out of there in less than an hour. I wish I could choose this place as my primary care. Keep up the great work!!

I drove 35 miles to this facility. According to their website they are open for service. However, when I arrived, the receptionist informed me that no provider was available today and so they would be unable to furnish services. Unbelievable. The receptionist however was helpful and referred me to a primary care provider nearby, who operates as an urgent care facility.

I leave this review because they gave my son treatment a shot to reduce hives and demanded that he be transported to the hospital claiming he didn’t have a choice which was a lie. Patients always have a choice. I work in healthcare. Patients have the right to refuse any treatment. I personally am considering reporting them to state. So FastMed called the Ambulance and the ambulance workers told them that he didn’t have to be transported to the hospital. They check him out and said you are fine and you can refuse to be transported to the hospital you don’t have to do. FastMed should do the right thing and cover this 150 bill for my son because they violate his right to refuse treatment and manipulate him into believing he had no options. Please for every one else be up to date on patient bill of rights. In the patients bill of rights one of those is being able to refused treatment. Period. I hope Fastmed will look at who they call the ambulance for last month and decide to do the right thing and pay this 150Bill to Vance County Ambulance service. All health care workers should know a patient has the right to refuse at anytime treatment.
