Poor customer service. Went looking to purchase a new car, walked the parking lot for 30mins. No one ever came out to greet us or serviced us. Extremely disappointed.

I probably shouldn't have bought the used car with a light on in the first place.They promised they would take care of it and it would turn off after changing a tire. A month later I'm still waiting on the car's tags. If I hadn't called and asked my brother to stop by and ask for an update on the tags I would have never gotten an answer. I called 3 times the prior week to find out what was going on with the tags and never got a call back from George. Then my brother was given the title which was never switched over to Toyota and now I have to pay and get the title switched over to me at a DMV. Now another light went off on the car and they can't take care of it. What kind of cars are you selling here????

I bought a practically new 2022 Rav4 xle with only 2000 miles last Friday from this dealership. My experience was the best I've ever had when buying a vehicle....which is usually a pain. My salesperson was Abdul and he was excellent from beginning to end. Very good communication via text which I preferred. We negotiated the price and I was happy. ⁸ He took care of all the paperwork before I arrived! The vehicle was detailed, had a full tank of gas, and ready for a test drive! It was love at first sight! I completed the deal with Andrew who was also very pleasant. I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. I will deal with them again in the future as long as they continue to offer superb customer service!

I bought this vehicle from classic Toyota Henderson after a while I realized that I had not received the registration so when I called DMV, they had notified me that the vehicle had never been registered, and the plates that I had on the truck were still registered to the vehicle that I had traded in then on top of that after only having the vehicle for seven months, the transmission went out when I called them about the registration on the vehicle and ask them why it was not done they replied we try to get it registered but but we couldn’t at the time and we weren’t gonna keep trying. I said OK, but nobody notified me that I have been riding around for seven months without a registration and plate and that we’re not title to the truck, so I proceeded to tell them about the transmission I said well the transmission has gone out on this truck. What can you do about that? I’ve only had it seven months the man replied well I guess you better take it to a mechanic then and hang up I had to pay $4746 to get this vehicle repaired and I feel like that I should not have been responsible for all of that costs on top of having to make payments on this truck as well, and they did not do their job like they were supposed to do and on top of all of that they rude and very unprofessional. There was no concern that I had been riding around illegally and had I got stoped there would have been a really big problem, so no, I am not satisfied with them at all.

I purchased a BRZ (drove 1.5 hours and paid with cash) from this dealership in April and the ECM went out 2 weeks after purchase. I spoke with Dan before getting the ECM replaced at my local Subaru dealership,and he said to send him the bill and it would be covered. I called back after getting the replacement and was told by a Mr. Lundy that Dan didn't work there anymore but I could email him and he would get with the sales manager and GM to see what could be done. I emailed Mr. Lundy the invoice on 5/12 and haven't heard anything sense. I would not recommend this dealership at all!!!

My glove compartment wouldn't open due to a frozen lock. I attempted to open it without without damaging it, but was unsuccessful. A locksmith indicated that he may have to damage the front of the compartment to fix it, so I took it to Classic Toyota of Henderson. They opened it in a few minutes with no damage. There was only a short wait in their comfortable waiting room, and the charge was minimal. I recommend Classic Toyota of Henderson.

I was just informed that since this is no longer a “Priority Toyota”.. my perks of being a Loyal priority customer will not be honored here. Unless I purchased my car from this specific dealership. I’ve been a customer at this location since 2016. I’ve enjoyed the people and the service. It’s a shame that I won’t be coming back. Very upsetting. This new company that took over is going to lose a lot of business over this.

If you're looking to buy a car, drive on past this location and find a better one that will treat you right, ride, degrading to women, after I was on the line with my sister and heard how they talked about her it was outrageous!And looking from the rest of the reviews clearly this isn't the first incident of poor service.

Very very very very bad company. I don’t recommend it to anybody they get your money and they lying to you . ?I have my gap insurance for my old truck and they say they add it to the new truck but they still charge me and also pay attention to the Henderson, advantage. They charge you $1499, so pay attention to it any paper that you sign you will understand what I’m talking about. I send them a lot of customer but they still don’t care about a good customer specially the manager ?????

They did not fix the problem, and when I brought it back they were argumentative and defensive. Service manager billy lewis denied responsibility for the fact that my horn did not work after they worked on the alarm system. Said they would have to take the bumper off to check at $130 per hour. I went to management and got a runaround, sending me to an outside repair shop to confirm my complaint. This same dealership under previous owners installed a battery that I did not need, and the tune goes on and on. A sour note. Go elsewhere

I had been a loyal customer at this location for over 11 years after buying 2 cars and having all servicing done at Classic Toyota. I have now decided to carry my business elsewhere. Why? In September of 2022, I had the struts and shocks replaced on my Tacoma at Classic but just recently discovered that they did not use authentic Toyota parts. This was done without informing or consulting with me beforehand - unacceptable at a Toyota dealership. I am done with Classic Toyota and have found a much better dealership in a town close by.

I bought my wife a pre-owned Tacoma from Michael and that experience went well. After the purchase has been one let down after another. No one calls me back to include the General Manager with whom I have left 2 messages to call me. I have done some of their work for them and still cannot get everything resolved. It’s like once they get your business then you are nothing to them. I was in the car business for over 20 years and have worked for different dealerships and I have never dealt with such terrible customer relations. Andrew in the business office is trying but he isn’t getting anywhere and at times doesn’t call me back either. Last time I purchase a vehicle here.

They tried to pull a bait and switch on me. I had already negotiated a price and even put down a deposit on a vehicle that I purchased. When I get to the dealership, they tried the whole, "prices went up..." I'll bet if the prices went down, they wouldn't have negotiated the other way around. This is exactly the reason why car dealers get a bad reputation. Just be honest, sell at the negotiated price, and be done with the deal. Why try to torpedo the deal at the last second? fairly disgusting and shameful. BTW -- this was the management doing this. The sales guy was great.Looks like they've been doing this to other customers, as well. Check other 1 star reviews.

Terrible experience for after purchase service.Bought the Rav 4 limited AWD 2013.Dan the sales manager said the car has no issues and promised to take care of any issues the car could have.3 weeks later the 4 new tires they installed got there edges rouind and the stearind wheels is shaking with breaks on high speed.Went back to the dealership to find unprofessional people who do not care and unresponsible.They refused to fix the issues and I had a hard time having them check the allignment.Very sad and bad experience.I do not recommend them at all.
