I called the company and used their available chat option many times over the past month and finally was issued a return authorization to Lowe's in Henderson. Within hours of receiving the authorization we were at the store where we were assisted by Joyce. She quickly and efficiently handled our claim and helped us select a new refrigerator. She knows the appliances in her department,she knows her job AND she did it! I went in anticipating a run around, but received the best customer service by Joyce. Now I will wait on the delivery team Saturday...i hope they are just as good as Joyce!”
