“I have tried to find a service that worked for me here in Granville County. I had Verizon it did not work in the rural areas, and I could not get service inside my house. I swapped to straight talk service was little better but still did not have service in my house. Then my brother came down and got service in my house. He said he had US cellular. I went to this US Cellular 403 Prosperity Dr, Henderson, NC 27536 and all the staff was very helpful. I spoke with Tracey and she told me to try the hot spot they had and said if it did not work bring it back. I tried it in my house, and I get 20 mbps which is 10 more that century link can provide and I game and stream tv with it. I decided to change my cell phones over and Tracey did an amazing job and was patient with me through the whole process because straight talk has awful customer service. US cellular has military, multi phone discounts as well as other discounts that you might be approved for.”

“Follow up: yesterday I went to the location myself to again, pay a past due amount. The lady(I believe manager) was so polite, took responsibility for previous day, and we talked out the "why this happened" that's all a customer wants is honesty and not always to be the blame. My rating is 6 stars now. Luckily I had the money to still pay past due amount. Yesterday's service 300% made up for previous day!!Sent friend in to pay a past due amount on an old account....sent money with ACCOUNT STATEMENT and account number HIGHLIGHTED....the clerk proceeded to do what she FELT was right and applied money to NEW account and even wrote new account no. On statement. Why could you not do what we requested.. I sent the statement with old no. And highlighted no FOR A REASON!!”
