Less than desirable customer service - The appliance customer service representative was awesome and eventually after extreme rudeness - the appliance was finally delivered- it's a spectacular appliance and it was rated the 5 star deserved but the customer service representative did not know what to do - it seemed to be a lack of communication- I realize employees are hard to recruit in certain fields but no excuse for arrogance. My takes on this weekend experience- go during the week. The store itself is awesome with loads of merchandise- impressive appliances housewares cleaning products etc. Also, the delivery process could have been explained- to know it's sub contracted and the delivery may come from another area in another city. The delivery guys was awesome- no complaints. Am enjoying the applianc

We purchased 2 convertible freezers 12/22/22. We were told they were in stock by the employee, as well as on the website with our store as the active choice. The delivery date was set as 12/29/22. The delivery team called this morning, 12/28/22, to confirm we purchased 2 units. The caller stated we would get a call this afternoon to confirm delivery window. The delivery team called again this afternoon, as expected. This time, however, we were told they didn't have any in stock! Hmmm. This sounds suspiciously like they sold one or both of the units out from under us! We were told they would deliver them Sat,, 12/31/22 IF they came in on the Friday, 12/30/22 truck! Lowes doesn't care about customers, only the "almighty dollar!"

Ok I went to Lowes in Henderson on 3/14/2022. I usually go to the one in Roxboro which always has great service! This store sucks!!! Bought 30 bags of mulch at the garden center was told to pull up to gate and they would come and load. The girls at the garden center were very nice, but not the point. After waiting 10 minutes went by no one. So I told my husband maybe we should see how long it is going to be and if a awhile load our self. Well glad we did when asked about it, was told they have one forklift and it was unloading a truck. Well why were we not told this before! Also why with all the men there could they not have done exactly what we did . Take to flats and load the 30 bags and load us???? I am a 54 year woman and my husband is 62. Plenty of men there , what was the problem? I know what it was LAZY!!!! Found out later my mother was there earlier and the first thing she told me was could not find anyone to help. Then I told her what happened to us. Will not go there ever again. Roxboro is farther but you get service there, not a bunch of hiding lazy people. Love my Home Depot!!! Never have this problem ever!

Customer service needs to be replaced. I get the same girl every time and she is the RUDEST person I have ever met. I'm there quite often and unfortunately Will have to start making a trip to Wake Forest location because staff is much more friendly and make you feel welcomed. Was just in the store yesterday and the whole customer service staff was in a circle laughing and talking about things other than work. Had to get their attention just to ask a question. This was around lunch time.

Earlier this summer I went with my cousin to purchase a lawn mower. They delivered it and 50 hours into its use there was a problem. Still being under warranty it was taken back for repair. Called several times throughout the month it was out and every time was told it still had not come back. Finally exhausted my cousin had her brother intervene. He went to the store and spoke with Patrick. He was to get back to them on Monday. Cousin had to call because Patrick never did. Guess what, they sold her mower to an unsuspecting customer. It's broken, that's why it was at Lowe's. If you have bought a used Husqvarna mower in the last month from the Henderson location investigate its origin. They want to get her a new one. I would take my money and run to the nearest, reputable and organized company. Hope your CEO reads these reviews.

If you ever need to go to this Lowe's & need to go to the Garden Center, there is a young man by the name of Tyrone. He was a huge help to my husband & I. My husband is recovering from shoulder surgery & could not left anything. Tyrone went the extra mile for us & made sure we were all taken care of. This is also one of the nicer & cleaner looking garden centers I have seen Thank you again

I am totally disappointed in Lowes, Henderson, NC. We purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from the scratch & dent section. It had one dent on the side when brought and they would not deliver. So, we went back to pick it up a few days later as planned and they brought it out with NEW DENTS on the back and on the other side!!! WTF!!! We took time off of work, money paid to a person to help & the cost of diesel fuel to pick up absolutely nothing!!! We live 25 miles away. So their explanation....played dumb! Insinuating those other dents were there!!! We are not blind nor stupid!! It was a deal but we are not desperate!! Who would want a banged up refrigerator regardless of the discounted price. Wanted to compensate me $100.00!!!!! Seriously when one of the new dents was on the backside metal panel where all the electronics are housed. I am cashing in all my stocks and cancelling my credit card. Back to a creditable store other than Lowes of Henderson, NC. P.S. Was told the GM would call in 2-3 days!! SERIOUSLY....

I have to give a Shout out to TIA in the paint Dept as she was Awesome, Friendly, Very Helpful and matched my house trailer interior paint Perfectly!! I give her 5 stars but only 3 stars to the store itself as I needed to get a 6'×12' section of outdoor carpet cut from the big role and after 45 mins of waiting of noone showing up to help I just gave up went and got the paint, paid and left. This store needs some Help and definitely more employees like TIA,,

Took forever just to have someone come help us. We had customer services to page someone THREE TIMES, still no one came. We decided to leave because no one was "qualified" to help us.

Getting off the beaten path to go to a big box store isn't a bad idea - one doesn't have to deal with the traffic on Capital Blvd or around the other major highways and byways in Raleigh and Durham if they know how to get here. It's a Lowe's store, and it's typical of most Lowe's stores. We had a little trouble finding stuff like toilet repair kits that we thought should have been with the toilets instead of buried in the middle of one of 3 aisles of plumbing supplies, but that's how it is in the big blue borg. Returns are easy and hassle free as long as one is following the return policy printed on the back of the receipt. The faces are friendly as is the accompanying attitude and conversation with store employees.
