I have lived here for 20+ years. Some things have changed, but for the most part it is a okay place to live.

The apartments are old and haven't been up graded in ages. You can even see the wear and tear in the apartments for example walls cracking, sinks coming apart etc.... Nothing is being done to fix the apartments for the residents.
