“I came in as a walk in with no appointment. They got me in immediately. The young man, Tron, explained to me what the job of getting new tires was. He worked with me for the best price and availability of 4 new tires, with installation, plus lifetime rotation, plus road insurance to fit my budget for 4 year tires. He told me it would be an hour or less and they were done in 55 minutes, before I finished my regular weekly shopping. I told him about the air pressure alert lights being on and he said he would check for sensor defects and reset. When I was done, he said he checked everything and it was alright. When I started the car, he was correct, all the alert lights were off. It was such a relief, for as a 71 year old woman, to have warning lights on scares me to be stranded with car problems at my age. This young man made me feel safe, secure and like he cared about my well being. Kudos to him and I hope he is well taken care of by Walmart, as I will be bringing all my vehicle problems within their scope to this facility. Please give him another huge Thank you from me.”
