This is NOT a Petro truck stop….. please change the name because we literally wasted our time pulling off the highway for this EXXON.. very annoying considering u can’t just turn a 53 foot truck around on a two lane road.

The service at this place was great. Lately it has gone downhill. There are children running the register making mistakes. Child doing the lottery making mistakes dropping customers money, play slips and money. Children sitting back writing down customers numbers that they are playing for the adults that's supposed to be there( to me that's personal information too). Merchandise being rung up wrong. Overcharging customers. I remember 3 20oz sodas and 2 Little Debbie snacks came out to $14 for a lady. The lady questions the cashier and the cashier says " but this is what it comes out to. It was corrected but the cashier hated to have to do it. She was seriously going to take this woman's money if she had not paid attention. Some customers take a little more time than others but some are not patient. How do you take another customers money before servicing the customer that you already have Something needs to be done. Lets not forget talking badly about customers before they can even get out of the door good. Not professional at all.
