Hopper washout was $65.00. Read other reviews saying parking was free with washout. Definitely NOT the case. Was charged $8.00. Out of all the empty spots in this lot, the attendant put me in a spot that someone else paid for. Was woken up in the middle of the night to move. Needless to say I won't be returning here.

Super Quiet reasonable parking. Not taking advantage of drivers and mini old-fashioned supermarket just down the street. Only two and a half miles from Walmart distribution

Easy to get in and out with tractor trailer as well as friendly people. You also get overnight parking here free with a washout. Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is they could have done a better job cleaning out my trailer.
