I wouldn’t recommend any schewels after my experience with them i was sold a piece of crap push mower that started falling apart literally and they called it neglect. What they dont tell you in the store is they have a neglect clause in the warranty, that if they deem it neglect they dont have to cover the repair or replacement. So what this means from them is they can deem anything neglect if they dont want to cover the cost of faulty products. Also 2 of the employees at the Henderson store including the store manager called me a liar without actually saying the words. So this is the kind of professionalism you can expect from the Henderson store. Once my bill is paid off never again. I gave one star because I can’t go any lower.
Gotta love these computer generated responses to these negative reviews, yeah they really care about their customers. and why oh why would i call and talk to store manager when he was part of the problem again really care about customer service. schewels you dont care one bit about customer service otherwise there would be a non computer generated reply to all these negative reviews. i really wish i could give yall no stars for a review.

My visit with Schewels Home was very pleasant. It was a pretty long wait to get approved but it was okay because I didn't have anything else on my agenda. The salesperson was very helpful and the young lady who completed the application was very friendly and cordial. Upon arrival of the equipment, the delivery men were very professional and helpful. They were here within the time they said they would be here. However, I didn't know they could not connect the appliances, so I had to make other arrangements for that. Overall, a very good experience.

Bought two mattresses, two mattress protectors and two pillows yesterday
My sales rep was very nice, knowledgeable and she was appreciated
What I was disappointed with was how much policy changed, all the perps being gone. No interest for 4 months, delivery charges for large purchases, high interest rates
I’ve been buying at this store for years and seeing so many changes was disappointing. Customer appreciation
The experience though was very good from financing (worked with me) and again young lady super!
One other issue was it was very hot in store, air not working in some areas of store. Very uncomfortable, you could feel difference.
I truly hope my beds will be worth the price I paid. I bought two that are no longer continued, so I purchased ones on floor
Thank you for working with me and being patient
But let’s try to get some changes that makes all customers more satisfied
