I'll just say this. DONT DO IT. Find somewhere else to put your love one because the service that you get from here is so UNBELIEVABLY unprofessional that it would insult people who pay to put their families there.

You people take things that were put into flower arrangements and throw them away! You should at least put them in the office so we can claim them.
