Had reservation to pick up uhaul. Says opens at 9, arrived at 10, no one there.

The place is run down trailer and you speak through a small window.when asking a simple question to understand better he becomes rude and if you owe money there is no call nor email he just use your card that should not be on file an do a unauthorized transaction

Made reservation 1 day in advance went to pickup guy wouldn’t come out and when I called guy kept hanging up on me worst uhaul ever!!!!!
