Oh they were very helpful and personable BUT lied about the service. I’m in a rural area and use gps for business related travel. That didn’t work most of the time. Calls dropped. A lot of no service areas. I finally found that I had been sold the lowest service available to keep the cost down. Well yeah, pricing looked great but I went in for great service. I didn’t finish the contract and I’m paying for the phone…my punishment for listening to a sales pitch without research. Went back to my original carrier!

I have tried to find a service that worked for me here in Granville County. I had Verizon it did not work in the rural areas, and I could not get service inside my house. I swapped to straight talk service was little better but still did not have service in my house. Then my brother came down and got service in my house. He said he had US cellular. I went to this US Cellular 403 Prosperity Dr, Henderson, NC 27536 and all the staff was very helpful. I spoke with Tracey and she told me to try the hot spot they had and said if it did not work bring it back. I tried it in my house, and I get 20 mbps which is 10 more that century link can provide and I game and stream tv with it. I decided to change my cell phones over and Tracey did an amazing job and was patient with me through the whole process because straight talk has awful customer service. US cellular has military, multi phone discounts as well as other discounts that you might be approved for.

Since Robert was transferred it's been nothing but Turmoil for me. It's like they're not really there to me since then. When Robert was there he always said the right things to make you want something everytime I visited. Went to cancel something only to find out that I'm still being billed for it.
