Called Henderson Verizon store, and the people were very helpful and friendly and ported my contacts and service to my new phone. Went to Oxford
Store they weren't helpful nor offer help. Very Disappointing.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received during a recent visit to your store. I came in seeking assistance with finalizing a number transfer from another carrier to Verizon, using a brand-new phone that Verizon had just sent me.
After waiting patiently for my turn, I was assisted by a store representative. Unfortunately, after only a brief review of the device, I was told that the issue required a visit to an Apple Store — the nearest of which is over an hour away. I left the store feeling frustrated and without a resolution.
Before making the trip to Raleigh, I decided to call Verizon customer service. Within minutes, the representative identified the problem as a missing transfer PIN number. They promptly assisted me, and the transfer was completed successfully — no visit to the Apple Store was necessary.
I am disappointed that a simple issue that could have been resolved in-store was misdiagnosed and escalated unnecessarily. This experience cost me time and caused avoidable inconvenience. I urge you to review this matter to help ensure your staff are better equipped to handle common issues like number transfers, and that customers receive accurate guidance.

We arrived to do a curbside pick up. Waited for a few minutes and realized they were jammed packed. Popped my head in the door and a very exasperated salesman smiled, asked if he could get my name. I gave him my info and what I needed, and he ran to get my phone, apologizing for not being able to get to me sooner. I looked around, two employees, 10 customers... I smiled told him it was no problem and thanked him. Those two gentleman were absolutely overwhelmed and more people were walking in as we spoke. They were professional and very pleasant. All Verizon stores should be as amazing as them! Thank you!

We received the BEST costumer service two nights ago at the Verizon store in Henderson. Long story short, we were switching carriers for five phones. We came in at 4:30 and Ms. April was helping us. Basically anything that could go wrong did, but she kept a positive attitude the entire time and stayed 2 hours after she was supposed to get off work to make sure everything was working. With the help of Ms. Natasha who also kept an amazing attitude and patience, they got all of our phones working as well as my daughters who is who is in Boone. We didn’t leave until 8:30, however they both went above and beyond!! Side note: we will never switch carriers again!

April was extremely helpful and has great knowledge of the process to transfer accounts. Our transfer was not straight forward but April's knowledge, patience, and cheerful attitude got us through the process. Great job, April. Keep your cheerful, can-do attitude and you will go far.

Stopped by the Henderson, NC location, and was pleasantly greeted by April. She was an absolute dream to work with. Very knowledgeable and extremely polite. She offered several options for my situation and helped me get my new device powered up and ready to use. In and out super fast too!

I had a horrible experience with third party retailer of Verizon and left that place extremely frustrated after they repeatedly told me they were unable to help. I was about to drive 30 minutes to Henderson NC but i googled the hours and they were about to close, so I called and spoke to Marcus! He has never seen me or met me before but he took the time to listen, empathize and provide a solution to my issue without me having to drive out of the way. He reassured me and told me that if I did not get it resolved then to call him directly! I appreciate him so much for being a human and going that extra mile so the 5 stars on this review is for Marcus & not Verizon!!

I arrived mid morning to cancel a line on my account and transfer a line from another account and buy a new phone. I was the only one in the store besides a large thug looking guy who was hanging over the counter talking to what seemed like the only attendant in the store. I waited to be acknowledged but the attendant, which was a girl, didn't seem interested in talking to me. The guy looked at me as though I needed to leave when the girl rudely asked me what I wanted. I explained what I wanted to do but she looked at me very confused and told me she couldn't do that. I asked her to whom did I need to speak in order to do what I asked. She gave me a print out of a website and some contact information where I could do it online or talk to someone on the phone. The guy next to her was whispering to her, so, I gathered that I wasn't welcome to do business in the Henderson, NC store. I left really angry with Verizon for not having more oversight with that store because it wasn't the first time I had encountered such "attitude" among its employees. I left to go to a Verizon in Raleigh where I had my faith in Verizon restored. Perhaps Verizon employees are only as good as the local talent.
