I arrived mid morning to cancel a line on my account and transfer a line from another account and buy a new phone. I was the only one in the store besides a large thug looking guy who was hanging over the counter talking to what seemed like the only attendant in the store. I waited to be acknowledged but the attendant, which was a girl, didn't seem interested in talking to me. The guy looked at me as though I needed to leave when the girl rudely asked me what I wanted. I explained what I wanted to do but she looked at me very confused and told me she couldn't do that. I asked her to whom did I need to speak in order to do what I asked. She gave me a print out of a website and some contact information where I could do it online or talk to someone on the phone. The guy next to her was whispering to her, so, I gathered that I wasn't welcome to do business in the Henderson, NC store. I left really angry with Verizon for not having more oversight with that store because it wasn't the first time I had encountered such "attitude" among its employees. I left to go to a Verizon in Raleigh where I had my faith in Verizon restored. Perhaps Verizon employees are only as good as the local talent.

Kenya and Corlecia at the Verizon store were very helpful in correcting my phone issues after 2 days of failed attempts with 4 different Verizon company branches. Common sense goes a long way and these 2 women deserve a raise from corporate and lunch.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting many amazing people at the Henderson, NC Verison store!! My first telephone order only delivered one of the two airpads I was charged for. My problem ticket order is #9341601 was issued yesterday (23 dec) and after a second phone call they sent me to another sales person w/o even describing the situation! I was finally “sold” a third airpod pro and told to pick it up in Henderson. This team of amazing people made it work. I will have to wait for the ticket people (who I started with) to reimburse me. Many cudo’s to the Henderson team.

My father had a paper ID and they would not accept it so there for our phones got cut off because he needed to take a phone off the account before he payed it next and they would not let him use the paper iD they were rude and disrespectful

VISIBLE MVNO- Fraudulent Verizon subsidiary- I pd $25 to transfer my own phone number, was assured that this would go through; credit card charge went through but my own phone number was deleted from my phone and a new Visible phone number installed, I cannot access Visible by phone, chat, or even on their web site since all I get is "502 Server Error try in 30 sec" - for over 24 hours; cannot get phone calls cannot get in touch with Visible that did however take my $$ yesterday; company is owned by Verizon but website does not allow access to one's account

I have a family business account with verizion and also for personal. A family member went to the Henderson,NC location. She was treated rudely. Her brand new phone was not working right the next day and the ladies made assumptions that she purposely broke it. On top of that phone was supposed to be paid in full than they wanted me to pay extra $250 for the phone when I thought it was paid off when it was bought. Very rude staff she and I have encountered. I took my business to South Hill, VA and the lady helped her activate her phone and fixed the problem with her new phone. The fact that they made accusations and were absolutely no help makes this business look bad.
