I went into Aaron's today looking for replacement TV remote but the store didn't carry the TV brand I needed. Mandi C. took time to look up the brand I needed and even checked the other stores inventory. Even though I had to go elsewhere to get the remote, I enjoyed talking with Mandi. She is very knowledgeable and her kindness is outstanding.What a wonderful place to shop and when I need anything in the future, I will shop at Aaron's first. Excellent Customer Service

Love this place. Everyone is friendly even the delivery drivers. There is only one thing. We got a riding lawnmower today and it just shut off while hubby was mowing. So we have to wait 2 days for them to come out and look for it. But overall great store.

I have been a customer there for many years. They gave you many options on payments. They are always there in a pinch if you have an appliance go bad you can get one, or maybe you're looking for a computer or something for leisure they will work with you. Matt in Hendersonville is wonderful

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Promised a Delivery on a Monday, cancelled it then and didn’t call until we called them. Same story on that Tuesday and Wednesday. Absolutely pitiful service and not a way to run a business.
