They guy at counter is the worst at Night Shift! Barely replace my battery and almost bent my hood he slammed it so hard. Craig is his name. Not going back there again for sure.

The “manager” on the evening shift was very unprofessional! I had my receipt for a return but the man working could not get the receipt to scan. So I hear them talking in the back about a store credit and I was fine with that so I went to get the things that I needed when I got back to the register she then tells me, she can’t read the numbers on the receipt, and every number that she tries to type in says already returned. Therefore she would not give me a store credit nor a refund even with me having the receipt of course we all know there are other ways to look up a receipt like the time and date stamp. So I didn’t begin to tell her clearly these items were not returned because they are right here and she then stated “theoretically. “. So what she was saying is I purchased the items return them came back in and stole them only to return them again, nevertheless, because I said what I said, she no longer wanted to even sell me. The items I had shopped, for she gave me my money back, told me to put the items down, I slung them across the counter I set of battery connectors, and a fuse, and they fell to the floor. At that point, she told her associate to lock the door when I got out the door before him she followed me out, taking pictures of my tag as if I did something wrong. Would just like to say if she had locked me in that store I would’ve took charges for kidnapping, so she’s lucky. I got out the door before her associate or she would be in jail.

Here is a very rare experience that a big box auto part store, they helped me.. They took the time to listen to what I needed and helped me make the right decision and gave me options not at all what I was expecting. They were real short handed, but did not rush me a bit while helping and me look up the parts.

After finding what I needed with no assiatance or help from staff I waited in front of the register for several minutes while the “worker” Christopher sat there zoned out. After remembering he was at work he was too lazy to get off the stole to even scan the items I had to reach around the counter and had him each item. Horrible & lazy customer service

I'm not about writing bad reviews but my 2016 toyota corolla wouldn't crank yesterday while leaving work so someone jumped me off and I went straight to advanced auto. When I walked in the 2 young guys where looking at their phones I said I need a battery or if you can test it to make sure that's what I need and would you install it. I'm a single woman so I need help. Well one of the guys said sure then he looked at the other guy and said you want me to do it or you he said you while still looking at his phone. So he got his test box and went and hooked it up and after a minute he said its not your battery but don't take my word for it go to auto zone or O'Reilly and get a second opinion. So I came home and called my dealer ship this morning and took it in and it was the battery. I feel like the young man didn't want to be bothered with changing my battery. You lost a customer ? ?...
