Lake Lure Office I really enjoy Roland Rogers. His assistant Kristen is wonderful. As is Lisa Pruitt that sits at the front desk. Cindy also has been a huge help to me several times in past years. If you don’t get these people you are more or less screwed. One time my mother had to go to the hospital in Columbus for a test.Something from the office to the hospital was screwed up and we waited at least an hour in the front lobby. Another time I needed x-rays at St. Luke’s and the doctors orders were not faxed to the hospital. I made countless phone calls back to the doctors office until things were finally straightened out (by Lisa)and I could get the x-rays I was sent for. Another wasted hour waiting in the Hospital lobby. Yet another time at this doctors office right out of the gate I was told I might have cancer. Had to wait countless days before they called with the test results. When they were supposed to call on a Friday. Any time you call over there and try to speak to someone you have to leave a message. Hopefully they will call you back but not usually. When I went to get my second Covid shot, with the card that had the date on it, I sat in the parking lot for several minutes. They finally realized I was sitting there and they had given me the wrong date to come get my second shot.Today I called because I had extreme pain in my back and it was hard to walk. I was told by Ashley, the manager,That she would get back to me. I made two other phone calls to the office to find out if I could have something called and or if I needed to come into the office. I spoke to Michele. I was told it might be up to 48 hours before I could get something. I don’t know about you but back pain is excruciating and waiting 48 hours is not some thing I want to do.I tried three times to thank her for her help and each time she interrupted me. I finally asked her to please be quiet and let me say something without her interrupting. Would I recommend this place? Not unless you have nothing but time on your hands and are not in a hurry to solve the medical help that you need.

I made an appointment two months ago to establish care with a doctor who was highly recommended to me. I’ve had some awful experiences with doctors and I was willing to wait for quality care. I have confirmation emails and texts stating the date and time of my appointment, as well as the doctor I was supposed to see.

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY HEALTHCARE WHATSOEVER. My mother was a patient there for a while. Told the dr she had there numerous times about complaints on a headache (lung cancer apparently has headaches as a very pronounced side affect) and that she was having trouble breathing and that her heart hurt!!!!!

I went in for bug bites, they thought I was there for STDs then the doctor wanted to put me on seroquel. I have extreme sleep deprivation. The symptoms are almost identical to schizophrenia. So basically she told me I was delusional and tried to put me on a serious drug. I was trying to ID bug bites that had been keeping me up at night. I find this to be extremely unprofessional. I will never again attempt to get help at this place.

Fantastic job with COVID vaccination clinic at North Henderson High today!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Things moved quickly and efficiently. Staff came by the car frequently to make sure no one had a reaction to the vaccine. I was very impressed with the whole experience and staff were so cheerful, even though they were outside in 38 degree weather. Thanks so much for providing this important service to the community.

need to actually answer The phones. been calling for two hours to get refills I ordered the weekend before thanksgiving. no one has returned my calls and now I am calling over and over and can't get anyone on the phone anywhere.

I need someone to contact my husband to reschedule his follow up with the heart doctor he just got out of the hospital for chest pain with his pacemaker, I've tried emailing from your website& have not gotten a response back, my husband missed his appt for the 30th of October
