Manager is rude and every time I'm in there she is running someone down thinking they are stealing like a nut job. She is very rude and no customer service manors. This is the craziest ingles manager I've ever encountered. The last time I was in there she was trying to say a boy was stealing when he had his receipts he paid with two different cards, one of his mothers, and then his for two different orders. If that was my son, and he came home, I would have a lawsuit on them that was uncalled, for that's boy was paying for his items and she still went after that boy. I didn't say nothing before but since then I haven't counted her running after people screaming at people cussing people, belittling people. Then tonight she was rude to me Ingles do better and get yourself a qualified manager.

Coming from Nashville Tn., this is not a great store..not even close. High prices, produce that looks and smells 4 to 5 days old, and never enough employees for questions or check-out. I only go there for the fewest of purchases. I have shopped there for 6 or 7 years as a part time resident and I keep thinking it will be better, but I am sadly mistaken.

Corona Virus- I get it. I am disabled man 75 fortunate to have an aide to shop. Sent my aide to go shopping with a list including bread. A half an hour later calls telling me there's only a couple of loafs of bread for 7.98 ? I called and spoke to a very nice and seemed caring lady she asked me if I wanted to speak to the manager : his response there is a run on bread ergo 7.98 I am disappointed with Ingles that they would jack up the price during the crisis. I know there are a lot of people affected but to give me an absurd response that there is a run on bread , the same bread I bought two weeks ago for 3.98 disappointed me I really the employees are stressed as well the consumers. My advice to the "manager" : If you can't take the heat , stay home

They pretty much have a monopoly in the area... while some may say the "have everything" I would venture that true if your taste in food is regional and not too refined. The organics have increased so that's a good thing..but when a lime is 90 cents and an avocado $2.99 it doesn't take long to see Ingles is very focused on loving their own savings over yours. I live just down the street from them but buy most of my basics at Aldi... who's prices average about 40-60% less on average... and the have a nice selection of organics. For better quality items (White Balsamics, champagne vinegars etc. I rely on Amazon... and the balance is Hendersonville Co-Op and Harris Teeter. Certainly shop at Ingles if you go for the convenience, but if you want to save considerable coin on most basics, head to Aldi...

Stopped here to pick up Vernors gingerale since we live 4 hours away. They were $.50 more than the one close to Chimney Rock. I asked them if the price match since I just bought them an hour earlier at the other Ingles. They told me no, they do not price match. There was no sign saying this Ingles only. What a rip off! Also used the bathroom and it was disgusting and very dirty.

I shop at almost all of the Ingles in Hendersonville, it just depends on where I am at! I love the self checkouts when there are no cashiers but I also like how the cashiers are always friendly. Good options, good prices, happy customer here.

Great place to shop, reasonable prices. I'm new to cooking, but Ingles has never lacked any ingredients I might need for a recipe.

Ingles has a policy that if an item rings up wrong you get it for free however at that isn't the case at this ingles so keep an eye out when you're checking out because they're going to ring your merchandise up any kind of way and they don't care. This is the same angle that had feces on the floor a few weeks ago I can't even believe I came back in here. Also I have attached A photo of the Howard gap Ingles on October 5 when there was a piece of feces on the floor and someone had walkedt through it and tracked it all over the aisle - everyone in the store was talking about it except the management

Please make the self checkouts 10 items or less. It's ridiculous having to wait in those lines because people take a whole cart of stuff through them.

Oh what I could say about this store! Tonight I went in for a good salad. See the photos of wilted, rotting lettuce, moldy cheese, congealed macaroni salad, rotting carrots, and putrid ham. There are often rotting fruit and vegetables on display in the bins. Today I wanted grapes and had to discard the rotten ones under the good fresh grapes on top. When I mentioned these issues to the manager, his answer was, "That's what happens in summer." He refused to take responsibility for the poor conditions in the produce area.
