J.P. is a treasure! Great experience today upgrading my phone - I had to stay in the car (mobility issues) so friend brought him out to me. VERY helpful and considerate. Cricket is lucky to have such a fine young man representing them.

I just switched to cricket and i like it, the only thing I didn't like is the customer service at this location the Hispanic guy was there he wasn't helpful at all and he was very rude and was a bad mod the whole time i was there I definitely wouldn't recommend anybody to go to this location

Came in To get a problem fixed and spoke with Megan she was fantastic very knowledgeable and helpful I brought my father with me and he asked her a ton of questions and she answered every one of walked him through how to fix all his issues

the sevice is good but would be nice if they also hired a person who speaks Spanish.. or more than one employee so that they are always available for hispanic people

Beware of shady sales people at this location - Marvin in particular.My wife and I stopped in to get a replacement phone. We told the salesperson what phone we wanted and he walked us over to the phone case section and said to pick out a case. My wife told him we did not want to purchase a case, but he said "oh, it comes with the phone so you might as well."So we picked out a case, and then when he rung up the charges the $49 phone came out to over $150. My wife asked why the price was so high and he replied "it's the activation and service charges."I was suspicious at that point and checked the receipt. Turns out not only was there a $35 charge for the case, but he had also added device insurance for an added monthly charge even though he had said absolutely nothing about this or asked if we wanted it.Bottom line, the sales people make extra commission on add-ons, so Marvin had lied about the case and added extra charges without our acknowledgement. Absolutely outrageous.

Could not be happier with Cricket. Changed from Verizon 2 years ago - have noticed no lack of quality in calls OR coverage area…. And am paying 1/3 less per month. Just got new phones, needed SIM card changed out, Marvin Pippins helped us and knew exactly what he was doing, at no charge. My friend also got a new phone, and it was ‘auto set up’ - via Verizon for $35! No thanks, I’ll stick with Cricket!

I was having issues downloading apps on my apple phone. Went in to get some help and Daisy was great she helped me set up my phone, she answered all my questions. Just great service i got from her. One of the best employees that this store has had in a while. Thank You!!Hope to keep seeing her there.
