I recently called Echo Data for help with a laptop connectivity issue, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They scheduled me to come in the very next day, and Jeff was incredibly helpful. He quickly diagnosed the problem, answered all my questions, and provided a clear explanation of what needed to be done.
The service was not only fast and competent but also very competitively priced. Jeff's knowledge and professionalism really stood out. I would certainly recommend Echo Data for anyone needing computer repair / support in the Hendersonville area!

Here I was thinking I would be days without my computer (it was no longer charging) until I could find a shop that could work me in to find a fix. But one phone call to Jeff at Echo Data Systems, a quick stop by the store, and less than an hour later I had my laptop fully functioning. Highly recommend.

I came in a few years ago with an old laptop knowing nothing about it. They decided to take advantage of that and try to charge for something that couldnt be fixed or useful. I was driving by and they were sketchy as it was, we called they said my laptop was in pieces and being repaired, I stop by and see it was still sitting on the counter not even cared for. The only thing it needed was a screen replacement and they threatened all the photos and data on it then tried to say my windows was outdated which had nothing to do with the problem and I didnt need an update. Then they took advantage of me and made me buy a 2tb external hard drive then tried to sell me a whole other "refurbished" laptop that was recalled years ago for the problematic system overall but said it would work sooo great.I really would not reccomend this place
