“The kindness of staff, the cleanliness of the facility, and the quality and variety of equipment have all exceeded my expectations. It is a pleasure to exercise in this pleasant and welcoming space. I have not attended any scheduled classes or activities yet, but I like the fact that one can reserve a spot online. The attitude of welcoming EVERYONE is a balm for these times and an inspiration. Upon arrival, Tim and the other members greeted us warmly, made us feel welcome, and ensured we knew where everything was. The workout, coaching, and community were great.”

“Had a blast dropping in at this box today. People were super friendly, gym was clean and equipment was in good shape. Coach Jorge was the man, he kept the class moving at a good pace, helped me clean up my sweaty spot and then even DROVE ME TO THE AIRPORT! What a stud! That’s what this CrossFit community should be all about y’all! If you’re ever dropping in on Asheville, get to Summit. If you ever need a ride to the airport after a workout at Covalence in Louisville, holler at me and I’ll gladly pay it forward!”
“It's really encouraging to see staff constantly cleaning. Their efforts really make it a pleasant environment and the reports of cleanliness from friends is what encouraged me to join.
In addition the staff (josephine) has been very helpful in acquainting me with the equipment. Their understanding of some of my physical limitations has been especially helpful.”

“I've enjoyed being a member here. Odd with the fingerprint scan-in, but I guess it does add safety. Has every machine you could want and a fair amount of free weights. There is a deadlift platform that I use every time and it has a loading pivot bar which is helpful. The gym never feels dead or too busy, usually a solid medium. Only complaint is the equipment itself is packed in tight at the dumbbell area. If they took away a machine or two it would probably help.”
