I bought a 2020 Honda Odyssey here in June. When I picked up the car it was on E. they promised a ton of things would be fixed and nothing was. Less than a week later the fuel pump went out on it, they agreed to fix that as I picked up the van with absolutely no gas in the tank so how would they know if it was working or not. Again they promised a ton of stuff would be fixed and after them having it over a month only the fuel pump was fixed. After only having it back less than 2 months later the sliding doors motor went out along with the cable, latch and basically everything else to do with the door. I fully know you buy Something as is however I know without a doubt they do not look over used cars like they should.

This was hands down the worst car buying experience we’ve ever had! My son was so excited to buy his first car and finally found one he liked. We signed the paperwork last Saturday for the car, did not finance with them, we were told the car would be detailed and fixed (needed a new headlight and antenna fixed) and be ready when we brought the check Monday. When we got there Monday evening we waited hours only to have our check taken and be told our car wasn’t ready and they would let us know on Tuesday when it was ready. We live an hour an half away so we were very upset we drove all that way and left with no car. So Tuesday came and went with no call, same on Wednesday. Thursday my husband called and left a message for a manager, no call back, I called and spoke to a sales associate and was told the one who sold us the car was busy but he would call us Friday, which he did not. My husband finally got in touch with him Friday and said he was just coming to get the car since no one cared to let us know what was goin on. The salesman then told him the parts took longer to get here but they should be done installing them and detailing the car Saturday (yesterday) and he would personally deliver it to us and give us 2 tanks of gas for our troubles.He delivered the car…. Left so quick we didn’t even have a chance to get in the car, but it was NOT detailed! Looked like someone vacuumed it and wiped it down, couldn’t get the crud out of the cup holders! To beat it all, all the tires were low on pressure and the windshield was so messy they didn’t even TRY to make it look like they cleaned it. Let’s just top it off…. Got in it today to take it to put air in the tires and the “check engine light” comes on. They will NEVER get another dime of my business nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know!

I have three family members that bought a vehicle with Nissan of Hendersonville. I personally helped my youngest last night. Jasmine was great! She let us test drive about five vehicles. The paperwork went smoothly, and I felt relieved we found the perfect car that still had the remaining factory warranty. I can rest now when my daughter drives hours away for college. I recently bought a car from this dealership and the purchase went smoothly. But there was a part missing on the car and I was told I would be updated and reached out to about the part. I still do not have the part and it’s been over a month. I never was reached out to. I went out of my way to call, email and text multiple times the facility and sales person that sold me the car. First I reached out to the sales person via email (since it said to reach out if I needed any assistance), got no reply. I called the sales person, their voicemail was full. I texted them, no response. I called the facility and was directed to the parts department, no one picked up and I left a message but no one ever got back to me. I called the facility and got a hold of the sales person who assisted me initially and he said he would check with the parts department and call me up but never did. I even called the financial sales person. But he directed me back to my original sales person who then was asking me annoyed if I had his number and to contact him… which I HAVE BUT HE NEVER RESPONDS. Super unprofessional. He proceeds to say the part is on a back order, (WHICH I WAS NEVER INFORMED ABOUT/ Always told me on the phone that he would check the department and call back but never did). I am absolutely frustrated with this whole predicament and this part is very much needed on my car since my mechanic said it’s vital. I am not happy with the customer service and if I could give negative stars I would.Edit: I was informed by my DMV that this dealership did not send my paperwork to get an updated registration card… this should have been taken cared of months ago. It’s illegal and I could have been penalized for it.

ATTENTION , all women of Hendersonville and surrounding areas do not go to NISSAN OF HENDERSONVILLE NC I repeat, do not go to Nissan of Hendersonville I went there on October 30th, 2023 to an upside down event wanting to trade in my car on something else and to possibly get my payments lowered but instead I got SEXUALLY HARASSED the whole time by the salesman that I will refer to as my PREDATOR because he made me feel like my life could be threatened , and during this whole situation , I drove three different cars and two out of three was out of my price range, but he insisted that I drive them anyways and each time that I got in a different car the sexual harassing got worse it started off with saying that I was pretty and that I looked good and was asking if I was married and if I would go out on a date and that my ass look good walking in front of him and lots of other rude and sexual comments but the worst of it all was my PREDATOR insisted that I take a longer test drive and that we should go behind the Ingles and let him show me a good time and said that we could take as long as we wanted to so when the test driving was over I got brought back in and was told that he would go work on the numbers and see what deal he could get me but instead of lowering my payments, my payments went up $100 and after the paperwork got started, I was told that they would not take my car as a trade in and it's not because it's not a nice car because it is a 2020 GMC, but they said I owed too much and I understand that, but don't force me into buying a new car and having to keep my old car as well so now I am stuck with two car and two car payments and I would of never signed the paperwork if it wasn't for feeling threatened and I was afraid if I didn't I would be harmed and I felt forced to do so and now I have PTSD over going to any dealership alone because I am afraid that this will happen again. I have been to many dealerships in my life, but this one by far is the worst ever and they are very unprofessional, and all they want is your money they could care less about you or anything else PLEASE DO NOT GO TO NISSAN OF HENDERSONVILLE YOU WILL BE HARASSED AND YOU WILL FEAR FOR YOUR SAFETY

My salesman Sebastian Ford has a customer for life!! I have bought and sold / traded many cars and never had a salesman as good as he was. He was focused on me and my needs like I was the only customer in the building and did everything he could to make the deal work. I love my new car and will be back to upgrade and only will use Sebastian! Go see him for all your new or used car needs. All staff was so friendly and nice from greeter to finance could not have had a better experience! Slade was also so helpful to Deliver my car to me!

Everyone at the dealership was very welcoming. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted. The dealership had a nice selection of cars new and used. The process of buying a new car was easy and straight forward. Definitely check them out if you are in search of a new car.

These people are criminals. My fiancé wanted to turn in his lease that was under miles and paid in full to the end of his lease and purchase a used car from them. They tried to trick him into 'buying out his lease' for $10000 and then trade it into them for a $2000 credit. Luckily I caught that but my fiancé still wanted the used truck so we drove 2 1/2 hours to just return his lease and purchase a used truck. They handed us a usb drive with 'all' the paperwork. Unfortunately they never grounded the lease we returned and he started receiving threatening letters that his credit was being destroyed and that they were going to come pick up the lease that was never returned! Nissan of Hendersonville never grounded the car. It took the leasing company calling several times to get them to admit they had the car and do the paperwork. Now they still will not write a letter stating that they received the car 2 months ago and my fiancés credit has dropped 100 points. They will not take our calls and refuse to do anything. Zero accountability, borderline criminal.

Our sales person Diego was really nice but the actual experience was terrible. We had to come back the first time because they took the car to another dealer saying that they did not notice because the person who took it had taken the spare key so the original was still left at the dealership then got told when i picked up my car that their was no spare key and it did not come with one. each time we came back we had to wait for hours. we were promised a clean car and we found cigarettes, finger nails and other trash, we were told that my car had gotten a front end alignment and were promised paper work to prove for it, my car never got a front end alignment because after having it for only a month i had to have it picked up by AAA and taken to a kia dealership because i had had a crack spark plug and coil. the dealership had informed me that i had not received a front end alignment. My cars Carbon filter was brown and my whole car smelt like smoke, i had to change both of my air filters in my car. after waiting to get this car for 2 weeks i had gone to pick it up and do final touches on paper work and the car still had not been cleaned and we had to wait u til 8 o’clock at night after getting there at 4pm waiting for it to be cleaned which it was still not fully cleaned nor detailed. After getting it home i had realized that they holder for my phone charger had disappeared and my cup holder insert was gone. i still have not received the charger holder which is about $180 so not something small and the charging port is very pointless without it because any little turn you take your phone moves and stops charging. So all in all this was an awful experience and for my first time buying a car i never wanna do it again.

I am changing my post. I originally gave this dealership 5 stars because the staff was attentive and helpful, and very nice. I still give the service department 5 stars. They did exactly what they said they would and my truck drives great and my air conditioner works fine now. However, the sales department, finance department and management now get a 1 star and if I could I'd give no stars. The paperwork for my truck had to be corrected. I have been trying to get my new paperwork for 3 weeks. I have gone by the dealership and was told they didn't have it back from the state then it was locked up and no one could get to it and that they would email it. Well I haven't gotten it yet. Also I've called and called, I was told by finance that they would call me back to let me know that they had mailed me my new paperwork, they still haven't called. Now when I call I can't get anyone to speak with me. I just get transferred to voicemail and no one calls me back. All I want is my corrected paperwork which I'm entitled to, I don't understand why this is so difficult.

I give the service department 5 stars but as for the sales, finance, and management I give 1 star and would give 0 if I could. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get corrected paperwork for the truck I bought. I was told that it wasn't ready and had to be filed with the state first. I was fine with this. I went by the dealership numerous times and was told we'll email it to you. They never did. Before I left from Hendersonville NC for my new job in KY. I went by again to get my paperwork and was told to come back on Saturday. I postponed living NC and when to pickup my paperwork just to be told it was locked up in finance and no one could get to it. So I was told by management that it would be mailed to me. I called the finance office a week later and asked if it had been mailed, was told no but they would get it mailed to me and would call me once they put it in the mail. Still haven't gotten it or heard from them. I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the dealership for 3 days and if someone does answer I get transferred to a voicemail and no one calls back or I get no answer at all or they answer and hang up immediately.

When I arrived and asked the price of a certain car, they refused to answer me without making me take a 30-minute survey to "determine my needs." I said the only thing I need is to know how much they were asking for that used car. After 15 minutes of going through this nonsense I walked out. I will never be back there again, even though I have a Nissan that I like.
