Ingles Markets is a supermarket that offers a decent shopping experience, though it has some areas for improvement. The store is generally clean and bright, with a layout similar to other grocery stores, making it easy for regular shoppers and visitors to find items. Customers appreciate the selection of products, especially the cheese area, which they find comparable to other stores like Trader Joe’s. The store provides convenient features such as two EV chargers in the parking lot and a reliable curbside pickup service that is accurate, quick, and friendly. Customers have praised the staff for being helpful, friendly, and going above and beyond to ensure orders are correct and of good quality. The curbside service sometimes faces minor delays due to staffing or technical issues, but staff efforts are appreciated. However, some negative experiences are noted. The quality of prepared foods like rotisserie chicken and croissants has declined, with overcooked or burnt items being common. Customer service at checkout can sometimes be lacking, with cashiers talking among themselves and not paying full attention. Additionally, the store does not offer gift receipts, which can be inconvenient for shoppers purchasing gifts. Overall, while Ingles Markets has some positive aspects like helpful staff and good product variety, it is considered the third choice in the area and needs to work on food quality and customer service to improve the shopping experience.
Good selection of food. Prices aren't too bad. The only problem I had was I am from out of town and I'd not know the layout well.

I got three pieces of fried chicken for dinner, and was disappointed at the size and juiciness. I don't know how long it had been laying in the warming tray, but it was too long.
