I have been going to LPAH for a few years now and Dr. Heron and all the staff are incredibly kind and patient to me and my fur babies. Always very thorough and detailed. Wonderful office.

The entire staff is kind and welcoming and Dr. Herron is absolutely wonderful. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable and thorough, I especially appreciate how patient and gentle she is with my fearful dog. 100% recommend!

Vets are nice and knowledgeable. Pricing affordable and computer software makes tracking pets vaccinations and needs a breeze. New office very friendly.

Check-in was quick. Vet assistant and vet were very thorough, kind, and patient. I did not feel rushed or pressured. Office staff was attentive.

I recently moved here and so happy to find a great vet for my furry baby at Laurel park animal hospital. The entire staff is wonderful. I had my dog neutered here and was very nervous, but the compassionate staff quickly put me at ease. Happy to have found a veterinarian staff who are all professional and genuinely kind.

If I could give you 0 stars I would!!!!! Hired them to put my baby to sleep and they were very rude!!!! Absolutely no compassion for me or my sweet baby!!!!! I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!!!! Absolute worst experience ever!!!!! I would never recommend them to anyone!!!!!! Worst day of our lives was only made worse by this vet!!!!!!

Best veterinarian I've ever taken my furry children to. Caring and compassionate. They truly care about your animals health and well being. All staff is very friendly. I will recommend this animal hospital to everyone I know.

OK. I'm on my 11th dog, Lilo. She is an 8 year old English Lab who's overweight and very arthritic. I just had the SINGLE MOST informative vet visit ever. I'm on my 14th place where I've lived. You can imagine how many vets I've been to. Dr. Lilian Herron was so up to date on treatments, I was blown away. I am a 20 year suffer of chronic pain myself, and I even learned some new treatments for humans from her. If I could give her and Laurel Park 10 stars, I would.

Dr. Lillian came to my home a few years ago and helped us send our Bella dog across the bridge. So, when my older dog started to seem close and was so very sick, I called her for a consult about euthanasia . Dr. Lillian asked me to bring Apple by for 2 simple labs just to make sure of her condition. Her regular Vet refused to see her...even with 48 hours notice. I took Apple in expecting to drop her off and instead we were treated like family. We stayed, she got labs done and Dr. Lillian was right. She was in kidney failure and had a UTI. We were coached on treatment, given prescription medications that were beyond affordable and now 2 weeks later our precious girl is so much better. She's eating, playing and pooping normally again. While I know she will be crossing oversometime, the fact that she is not suffering anymore is simply amazing. I wish I could properly describe how cared for we all feel now. I can't recommend this practice enough. True professionals and just incredible support.
