I am giving 5 stars for my visit 6/9/2022. Reason: two amazing employees. Laurie was working solo in major appliances (typical these days), so I needed to wait while she helped some others with their orders. She acknowledged me, apologized for the wait, kept smiling, and when it was my turn, gave me her full, competent, and cheerful attention.Later, I could not locate an item on my list. Dana in Customer Service looked it up for me. I still could not find the size I needed, so returned to make sure Lowes carried that size. Dana not only checked inventory, she noted that with only 3 showing available, they might be hard to find, so she walked with me to the aisle and eventually got on the floor to reach the last item. Amazing! It would have been so easy for her to shrug and say they must be out.This is the kind of “extra mile” service that has become rare. With so many challenging, uncontrollable issues for retailers these days like short staffing and iffy supply chains, excellent customer service is one thing stores can do to set themselves apart and make shopping less frustrating for customers. Thank you, Laurie and Dana. Thank you, Lowes!

My husband and I were at the Lowe's in Hendersonville NC shopping for a bird bath, a birthday gift for our daughter. The only top that was left was damaged. 2 young lady employees asked if we needed some help. We explained our situation and immediately Harley started looking on every shelf on every aisle for the item. The last palette she found was up on the very top shelf so Scarlet who was the forklift operator used the fork lift to bring the pallet down so Harley could open the container which contained the item in need! This is the best customer service. These ladies went above and beyond. Thank you ladies!

Appliances purchased at store. Distribution center issues. Still waiting after 5pm for delivery. Store can’t compensate for problems. Not expecting any compensation from the distribution center. Stuck at home all day for a morning delivery…on my day off.That said, the delivery guys were awesome and deserve (5 stars) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

My husband and I worked with Dan in flooring. He was absolutely wonderful to work with! He gave us lots of great advice, helped us find exactly what we were looking for, and helped us save $2000 by a few recommendations of his. We are very happy that we were able to work with him, he rocked!I also had one of the managers Joanne help me with a purchase. I was having a hard time making an online purchase and she went above and beyond to find me a better product that ended up being cheaper and was available (the one I found online was not). She also worked hard to make sure that I got the 20% off of my order by using my Lowe's credit card for the first time.I am very grateful for my interactions with these employees! They were fantastic!

Really disappointing experience here. We tried to make a purchase that put us $100 over the credit limit, and called immediately to pay off the previous balance. We were assured by the credit services rep that we could proceed with the purchase we needed to make that day. However in the store, they kept insisting that they needed 24 hours for the payment to post and that they couldn't schedule a delivery for Wednesday due to us going over the limit. We told them they could call credit services to confirm the payment, as the credit services rep has told us we should request in the event of any issue making the new purchase. It's Monday so they had more than 24 hours to confirm the payment for a Wednesday delivery anyway, but they still kept refusing to schedule it. Really rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to accommodate, especially considering that our business spends thousands of dollars each month at this Lowe's and has good credit.

It seems like Lowe's doesn't care much about customers. Most items in lumber had no prices posted, and that included the items I wanted. I was about to leave without buying anything when a young Lowe's employee named Cody asked me if I needed help. He was very polite and helpful.

I’ve always been a dedicated Lowes customer. Purchased washing machines, dryers, lumber for projects. Went into store to purchase water filter, I replace it every 3 months. No filters on the shelf to buy, was however one that someone opened and took a filter out of the 2 pack. I asked the manger if I could have it for half off since 1 of the 2 filters were missing and I did not want to drive to Home Depot. He told me he gets more money from the filter company in its state. So he said screw the customer over 3 bucks. I am now a Home Depot customer.

My mother ordered a Craftsman pressure washer over the internet from Florida, I picked it up within 15 minutes of the purchase being completed.. Everyone was very helpful and very professional I definitely give Lowe's @ Hendersonville NC. a five star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Don't order cabinets!.My mother in laws had so many problems it's ridiculous at this point!. Everyone was very nice but between cabinet shortage, chipped when opened & this store has one you need & you go hours out of your way & no it's out of stock!. A good month wasted on just that part of the construction & redesign.

Was going buy about $500 worth of tools but could never get nobody to come over to help me. Went up to the customer service desk three different times for them to call someone. Waited for about 20 minutes. Nobody never showed up. Just left to go to home Depot.

Seeing other reviews no one should be surprised by another low rating on this particular Lowe’s.First time and last in this store. Clearly it is poorly managed and probably includes district managers too.Walking in was fine and finding my product was fine.Walked to self check out and went to an open register. I quickly realized someone left their items there and I kindly brought them to the cashier (Sandy) overseeing the registers. She was more worried about the phone then anything else. She snapped at me and told me to put them back on my register. I placed them on the floor. She never thanked me or said have a nice day. If Lowes looks at their camera they can see for themselves.When I walked out you can barely get out because so many carts are blocking the exit. Take a look at the pics. There are other locations. Go use those. This one clearly has issues!

Actually had everything in stock that I went in for. These days that's rare. Store was clean and cashier John was helpful and friendly.
