Employees are knowledgeable, trustworthy and thorough. Each time I have a concern, the staff has come out to look at my vehicle and go through recommendations with me. Most recently they were able to finish installing new tires and realigning my car earlier than expected. I am very happy with their services and have recommended them to many friends and family members. I will be a customer for life!

Twice in the past 6 months have had tire going flat. First time called and couldn’t take me that day. Yesterday in different vehicle with 1yr old punctured tire (using temporary air from emergency pump) I called and was put on hold interminably…kept driving (it was Saturday) and arrived at Discount Tire in Arden, where they took me in and fixed my tire.

Mr. Tire today was critical in getting me safely to search and rescue operations during Hurricane Helene efforts. I was worried about my truck but they quickly took care of it and I was able to resume my work. If I’m ever in need of assistance with my truck when I’m in the area, I know where to stop.

If there were zero stars that’s what I would choose. Called MR Tire in Hendersonville with having a nail in my tire. The service person told me to come on right now and they could patch my tire. So I pumped it up my flat and was there within 10 minutes with the tire leaking air. When I arrived the Smart azz kid in service said they could not repair the tire and would I like to schedule an appointment for a later date. I said I just risked my life to get here. So I turned around and left. I will never be back to Mr Tire, nor any of my family, even the generations to come unborn.

Chris did what he said he was going to do. No b.s. that has become so common to American consumers. The whole staff in Hendersonville were professional but a shout out to Chris.

I had an appointment on 08/22 and when I get there they told me they couldn’t take care of me to what I have to make another appointment for the 08/23. In my Groupon cupón was supposed to cover oil change and tire rotation. Once everything is done, they informed they didn’t rotate the tires excusing on NC law, but even I asked if the air in my tires was okay to what he said yes. Once I’m in my car I realize they didn’t even check the air in my tires, at this pint I’m no even sure If they properly did the oil change! I don’t recommend this place at all!

I needed a once over for a trip and my air pressure idiot light had come on and despite adding air with my tire gauge would not go off. The guys at Mr Tire were fun and relaxed and just gave an overall wonderful experience. I miss Marty and my guys in PINELLAS Park, but Hendersonville made up for it! Thank you guys!!!!
