The coffee is described as "okay," and the gambling machines, while limited to 3 or 4, offer the chance to win big, as one customer experienced, leaving with $54 after starting with a $20 bill. The staff, particularly the clerk Larry, are praised for their friendly and energetic demeanor, adding to the overall positive experience. However, one customer had issues with the debit card machine, experiencing extra charges that were difficult to resolve. Overall, Norm's Minit Mart seems to be a reliable and versatile stop for those in need of a late-night destination.

I am loyal to all of Norms’ locations here in Hendersonville. The employees are always friendly, courteous, helpful, and are my friends. I will go out of my way to go to Norm’s to see the people that I like. Great folks always I love this place.
