Our brand new kitten, Billy Graham had a ruptured eyeball due to a bad infection and they got him in quickly, jumped into action, removed his bad eye and saved his little life. They took very good care of him and put us at ease. They also rushed us in giving us a next day appointment which was so important to us and him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️?”

“I love this place. Friendly staff & actually has xxsm sizes that fit my little Chihuahua. She was the runt of the litter so even at 5 yrs old... I sometimes have to buy her cat stuff so they fit. Though I can always count on them to have sizes that fit her in their dog section.”

“Only reason not 5 stars is if you/customer asks for a specific item (feliway optimum in my example, and they have regular feliway) their response is simply we don't carry that. Their other stores do so why not accommodate your customer and order it? ?? If I sound petty, imagine those customers with no car, limited time, bad weather etc... Plus if the solution is I SHOULD DRIVE TO DIF STORE OR ORDER IT, THEN WHY HAVE THE STORE AT ALL ? LISTEN TO YOUR CONSUMERS NEEDS ??”

They carry Triple Crown horse feeds & have hours that accommodate my work schedule, so I’m a pretty loyal customer. Plenty of free parking. Spacious restrooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Can’t say enough good about this location.”
“Now that the weather is cooling, I needed another option than washing my Dog outside in a Kiddie Pool. I found this nearby option and decided to give it a try.I have driven by Pet Source for the last 9 years, and finally had the opportunity to go inside. I was immediately greeted by a gentleman & asked if it was my first time there to use the Dog Wash Station. I was met back there and shown where everything was, and told about water temp.Large and small Towels are outside the room to choose from.Aprons are provided if wanted. They will help keep the front dry, just not your arms. I think when Winter comes, I will wear a waterproof jacket.Shampoos are at each of the three Tub Stations. I was looking for an unscented one, but only saw chemically perfumed ones. I was prepared with my own Organic Pet Shampoo.There is one Drying Station. There are pull-out steps to get larger dogs on the platform.I found the set-up fairly easy to use. I really liked that I no longer have to bend over, or kneel to wash my Dog. It is so much easier to stand and have him at the correct height. I used the Tub Mat that was provided to keep my Dog from slipping being cleaned. Rubber grips are on the tiled steps. This is very necessary and appreciated to keep my wet Doodle from slipping when exiting the Tub.The water was warm enough. It does not get hot, so there is no chance of burns for either party.The only part I found mildly challenging was trying to hold my Doodle with one hand & the dryer nozzle in the other. After awhile, it gets really awkward to hold.But, overall, I found the Self Dog Wash to be what I need. I will continue to be a customer and do recommend it!”
