We stayed last night at this hotel. The staff was very courteous. The room was clean. We had the room with the hot tub and it was great. Overall a great stay.

The hotel is clean and budget friendly. Sue at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind.Keep in mind that it's not the Ritz, but if you are looking for an affordable place to stay - it's a good choice.

Rooms were decent, the fan in bathroom didn't work and vent was really dirty. When I went to get decaf coffee at breakfast it was ice cold, not once but twice.

We arrived late (10pm) and our entry way had dirty spots on the floor, the AC unit looked banged up, the phone wasn't connected (couldn't call the front desk), and our floor was uneven (it felt like the flooring wasn't put in properly and it would move when you stood on it). I spoke to the person at the front desk and she offered to clean the floor, but it was late and my daughter needed to go to bed. The room also smelled and there was no fan (switch didn't work) in the bathroom. The breakfast was partially cooked (frozen eggs that were microwaved). The fitness center was okay, but there were no wipes for the machines. The beds were clean and comfortable. I regret not paying a little more and going somewhere else.

DON'T STAY HERE! I woke up to my room flooded from the AC/heater unit. (I was using the heat) My shoes and suitcase got wet. Front desk clerk wasn't sympathetic at all. At 6:00 a.m. I was carrying all my belongings to another room. No carts available. When I checked out and was asked how my stay was, no sympathy. The next day after check out I had a $20 extra fee charged! I called hotel and was told manager was on vacation. I've tried Wyndham Customer service several times, no response. I was inconvenienced but was charged for it! I had no pets, and don't smoke. No reason for extra fee. As a travel agent, I will never recommend this property!

Booked this hotel online specifically because it said there was a hot tub. Arrived here at 12 am to find out that it's only in one specific room and someone else was already staying in it of course. Due to the no refund policy of the booking site I was forced to stay here anyway. The rooms are decent but not worth 140 bucks maybe 99 bucks. I wouldn't recommend due to the false advertising.Noteworthy details: NO PUBLIC HOTTUB!

I should have made this review over a month ago, when I stayed there, but do not review places often and kind of forgot. I am not invalidating the complaints on here, but I was here for 3 days while being stuck in NC with nowhere else to go and limited money. The front desk people were so kind to me, especially the pastor, who could tell I was going through an awful time and gave me proverbs and scripture for hope and even invited me to attend church with him (I was not in the right place mentally to accept this, but that's my own fault..the offer showed a lot of kindness.) My bathroom was not dirty, everything worked fine, tub was a little stained looking, but probably just from years of use, did not seem dirty, water pressure was good, and I always wear flip-flops in any hotel bath anyway, no matter how clean or expensive lol had lots of towels and amenities provided, AC worked great and cooled the room down fast when I first got there and it had been off for a while. Beds were my favorite part, so so comfy and clean and stayed cool no matter how much I tossed and turned :) any long, dark hairs are likely just from the cleaning ladies, but people shed, I get it, and only saw like 2 or 3 on the floor, which was very clean! The housekeepers were so nice and front desk even accommodated me only being able to do a $20 late checkout fee as opposed to $25 (I literally only had $20 left and was waiting on my ride to get home). Did not ever wake up early enough to try breakfast, but many, many places within walking distance sell food and other needs! I cannot imagine what I would have went through on the streets if not for these great folks and a safe, reasonably priced shelter for those days and nights. Would definitely stay at again if ever in Hendersonville once more! All the locals and other guests were so kind too! Anyway, thank you for reading, wish I had had the finances to leave those sweet housekeepers a healthy cash tip, they were never not cleaning and I was in and out at all hours.

Horrible customer service. I arrived at 4 pm from a complicated 4 hour drive. I had requested a room to be ready at 2pm and they had said it would be. My room was supposedly pre-paid by my husband's credit card. Upon arrival the front desk said they had not processed the payment yet and they needed a credit card. My husband didn't come on the trip so I had to use my own credit card. Went to the first room, housekeeping had just started cleaning it. Went back to front desk, assigned a second room, and upon walking the entire length of the hotel to the room, found the beds were still stripped. On my second trip back to the front desk the attendant was less than apologetic and after waiting for someone to walk up and check, I was assigned another room at the far end of the building (3rd room). It was clean, but the air was off and the room was 80 degrees. It took hours to cool down. I am frequently in Hendersonville and will not stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

This is a decent hotel for its price. My room # 118 is clean and solid overall. Front desk lady did her job perfectly fine, no bad comments at all. I’m a road trip traveler myself and I always look for reasonable prices and check honest reviews. Solid 4 stars for

This place is a dump, it is a recent change of ownership where they have done work to some of the rooms, there is no sound barrier between rooms and every noise echoes through the halls and between suites. At a 4:00p check in our room was still not clean/prepared and they were NOT busy. The front desk person was outside smoking on all of the 3 different times I went to the front desk - we had no towels, no pillows, no soap in bathroom, there was no food out for the am breakfast including NO COFFEE. I am a Wyndam rewards member and this place falls way below the line of acceptable accommodations especially when you are paying a premium over the other surrounding hotels.

The room looked like it was still in the midst of reconstruction and had an over powerful smell of bleach which is what I assume they used for cleaning. The smell was so strong it made me feel sick, but we arrived late and had no other options. Would NOT stay here again.

Decent place for a quick weekend trip to the Asheville area. Outside of the city, so less crowded! I didn't spend much time in the room, but it was clean. Breakfast left some thing to be desired... the eggs and sausage did not look appetizing at all. But there are several restaurants nearby, and the waffles were still good!I am pretty disappointed with the service at this location. My shower was draining very slowly, and when I told the front desk, they said that they would not be able to get to it that day since maintenance wasn't there on the weekend. Not ideal for a weekend hiking trip...What concerns me though was the lack of responsiveness to unexplained charges on my card. I paid in advance using Wyndham rewards points and was given a receipt when I checked out for $0.00 (no charge). Later that week, I found around $300 of charges on my account. A couple of the charges remained as "pending" and dropped off pretty quickly after I called to clarify. However, two of the charges remained for over 3 weeks after my stay. I called the hotel 3 times (speaking to Patrick and Nadia) and was told that the manager would be giving me a return call---which never happened. I finally was given an email address for the manager (Rachna) and got a response that way. Rachna told me via email that she would look into the charges on Friday, but Friday came and went without a solution. When I did receive a call from her on Sunday after sending another email, she told me one charge was an error with their system and it would be reversed. (Why did this take 3 weeks to tell me?! Were you hoping that I would just let it go?!) The other charge was for a pet fee of which I was unaware. I was very upfront that I had my dog staying with me at booking and when I checked in, but was never told of a pet fee. I don't mind paying the fee as per policy, but the lack of clarity in the policy is not appropriate. I advised the manager to train her staff to remind guests upon arrival and check out of the fee so that there is no question regarding the guest being informed. Only stating it on the website (in a hidden location, no less) is inadequate. And taking multiple weeks to get back to a paying customer to explain is frankly unacceptable.I discussed my concerns with the manager prior to posting this review.Oh, by the way, it's $20/night for your pet, if anyone is wondering. :)
