The customer service is great. I have to say though, I will almost go ANYWHERE else because of the predatory information requirements just to make a simple 10 dollar purchase. I caved and signed up for a “rewards” account so I could just give them my phone number and leave. The rep asked if i wanted to opt OUT of marketing emails and i said YES. I literally get in the car and my phone is notifying about Sallys Hot New Deals… it’s intrusive and it makes me uncomfortable. No one does this anymore

They don’t exchange or return any clippers even if it is unopened. Don’t waste your money. Unreal!! Im never spending money there again. You should not either.

Never had a problem with staff here, always seem willing to help. Problem is that they're usually out of things I need and have to make 2nd trip or order online. Definitely not prepared for the various sales promotions they advertise online. Hate they closed the Brevard store. I could usually count on them in a pinch.

The customer service I wonderful at this location. I was looking for advice on hair and makeup products for a musical that I am in, so I was very specific about what I needed. The woman who helped me went above and beyond to give me options. She was so pleasant and helpful! I highly recommend this Sally Beauty Supply.

I normally never have had a problem here, today was different, I asked for a lady's help and every time she said she would be right back she went to the next customer and asked if they needed help, I waited 30 mins for her to look up a product and finally walked out. Not customer service, I work in customer service industry and would never treat a customer like that. If you are helping one customer, help them not move on to the next forget the original customer. Especially when the other employees are helping them.

Horrible customer service. On 10/23/22 I came in with my sister looking for a specific hair dye. I needed two boxes so I asked the employee (older white lady with blonde hair) if she knew if they had more boxes. Her response was completely unhelpful & rude. She said “I don’t know, we have a lot of boxes in the back & I can’t check right now. We’ve been really busy, it’ll be in a couple days that I’ll be able to tell you.” Keep in mind there were no other customers inside of the store As someone who’s worked in customer service, I know how challenging it can be working alone and keeping up with stocking, etc. So obviously that’s not what bothered me, what did upset me though was her unfriendly approach. At the end of the day, it’s her job to ensure customer satisfaction, especially with clients who need help and are being respectful.To make things worse, she doesn’t even bother to give me a bag, so I ask her for one and she hands it it while rolling her eyes & mumbling to herself. . I do not recommend this store!

Was here a few days ago and as i was walking in i overheard a blonde woman named Amy referring to a group of black women as “their kind” and saying “their kind are so demanding”. Then as i was checking out the same Amy woman was talking on the phone having a heated private discussion with someone. Just a very unprofessional experience and i’m not going to be returning to this store because as a black man, i’m uncomfortable in that environment because of her.

Tried coming at 7:30. They are supposed to open until 8 on Fridays. I drive all the way here and they are closed.Very frustrating!

The store manager Sarah was very professional and knows her stuff about hair. Very pleased with the colors that she recommended for my dreads!

I was rather uncomfortable last time I shopped at this establishment. I went to purchase a few products that I was excited to see that Sally's still carries and when I was at the checkout counter one of the employees kept commenting on how much she dislikes this product and morally objects to it, she came very close to outright chiding me for my purchase. I myself do not have experience selling haircare products but have worked customer service in my past and I can definitely say I would never chide nor discourage someone from purchasing a product no matter my personal thoughts on it. I felt unwelcome enough from my experience that I would rather buy from Amazon (that is cheaper anyway) and avoid your employees comments and judgment of my haircare routine.

Did I try bleaching my hair at home? Yes! Was it a disaster? Yes! I found comfort at Sally’s when I was helped and told exactly what to get and how great it would look after. She was right and I’m so thankful for her help and kindness. She even told me to call the store for any questions or to be walked through my process!

I've been a 4 times this week (hair color disaster) and every time I've come in the cashiers (different girls each time) are gossiping with friends who come to visit them for the majority of my visits.This time I asked the girl for help with where to find a product, she didnt know where to look so I searched the store, and as I was leaving I explained that I didn't find the product I needed. She then told me they where out of stock and rolled her eyes at me. Management needs to keep a closer eye on their employees. I'm not one to review places but I am outraged at the things they allow in their store.

The lady was really nice that helped me find what I needed. However, when it came to ring up the item it came up as more than the price tag. I work retail myself so I totally get it. But they wouldn't override the price that reflected the price tag. I was very disappointed. She even said it was on clearance.clearance and what the price was
