The person I assume is the manager of this location is absolutely HORRIBLE!!Her name is Leigh, I'm pretty sure.Terrible customer interaction with this person, both personally and witnessed.But having witnessed the way she speaks to some of the batistas is horrifying! I say "some of the baristas" because I've witnessed interactions with other baristas be pleasant. I will add that the particular baristas I'm referring to are two young ladies who look almost identical and closely related to Leigh, possibly mother/daughter(s).If they are, that's just terrible business practice on the part of Ingles. There should NEVER be a family member being "managed or supervised" by another family member. That leads to animosity among staff due to inevitable favoritism.If that TERRIBLE "manager" wasn't there, I feel that there would be big improvement at this location.

Why do Ingles starbucks suck so much? How do they operate when they're always out of supplies? I haven't gotten a full order at an Ingles Starbucks literally ever.

Went here yesterday with my sister. She's told me before that they don't make the drinks right and she has to tell them what they need to add and stuff to make them like a barista should.I order a salted caramel mocha frappuccino and when they started to make it, they were out of nutmeg or whatever is needed for the drink. The girl asked me if I wanted the foam on it? I told her I'm not sure what that means since it's a frappuccino and doesn't require foam.Then they handed off the order to a guy working there to finish making the drink.They goofed around pushing each other and laughing like kids in middle school.The one girl rolled her eyes at my sister anytime she had a complaint or something to say.All in all I'm not going to this Starbucks again. I'd rather drink my own and I recommend everyone else do the same.Oh and one more thing, they really need to wash their hands more. After they played and goofed around the one girl comes over to put a lid on my drink and has some wadded up paper in her hands.Be professional or get another job that doesn't require customer service.

The drinks here are almost always made wrong, and the emoyees are rude. I went there today and waiting in like for about 15 minutes, to get to the register, and told "I can't make any Frappuccinos because I'm by myself" very rudely. No courtesy, just an excuse to not do their job.

Whoever manages the inventory needs to learn how to stock their store properly. Even precovid, 75% of the time this place is out of not only the first item you order, but the second option and even the third option. Especially on food items. It's so bad that locals never even go in anymore and just find an Ingles that stocks their store correctly.

I went in to order an iced coffee and was told they did not have any at the moment as they hadn’t had time to brew it. There were 3 baristas working and it was not that busy. I would have been willing to wait the few minutes it took for them to brew It but they just offered me a cold brew instead. I said sure as that was my only option and then they proceeded to charge me for cold brew (which is more expensive) instead of charging me as a regular iced coffee since it was their fault they didn’t have it brewed in the first place. Needless to say I went to my regular Starbucks and they fixed me a replacement coffee for free. Just one of many bad experiences here so I’ll no longer waste my time, you shouldn’t either.

One of the worst Starbucks in this town.. always out of stuff, service is horrible, and it's a hit or miss if your drink is right.
