“After a remarkably poor experience with Valvoline in Arden, NC failing to tighten my fleet vehicle’s oil filter resulting in major staining to our new driveway, I had enough. I stopped by North Main Automotive to see the owner and speak with Heidi in the service department. These folks are wonderful. She took quite a bit of time going above and beyond to get registered as a vendor for our fleet management company. The end result is I was able to make an appointment just 2 days later to come back and have a new set of tires and oil change completed before a 1000 mile work trip. I’m thankful for these folks and look forward to continuing to support a local family and business.”

“Ordered new tires for my pickup truck online and had one of the better tire install experiences since the last I could remember. I dropped the truck off at my scheduled appointment time and they finished within an hour.
What really set the service apart was when I picked the truck up - the rep I spoke with, Jeff explained how they reprogrammed the tpms system since my larger than stock tires on my pickup run lower than normal pressure. He also explained how he placed a sticker on the door jamb showing the ideal pressure. This was above and beyond service. Upon inspecting my tires I was happy to see that they had no issues (scuffing, scratched rims, etc).

“Affordable and great customer service! It was so difficult to find my tire's size anywhere (not to mention I needed a whole set, preferably used but in good condition, all while being within budget). So glad I called this shop; They had all 4 tires w/ great tread and for a fair price! They were totally cool when I wanted to check the tires out first. They then serviced my car on the spot and done so in a timely fashion. My experience at this tire shop was painless and I would definitely get tires here again and recommend them to friends ?”
