It's a Home Depot. It's what you expect at a Home Depot. If they have something you need and it's convenient then buy it there. I wouldn't go out of my way to get something at any Home Depot.

The absolute worst customer service available. I tried to order a tool online, but the store kept canceling my order. I called this specific store and talked to a real person about my order. He seemed like he was going to help me. He told me that he would look into my problem and call me back, sounds good right? I never heard a word from "Jim" . I decided to just cancel all my orders and try another home improvement store. I wish I could leave negative stars, but not an option. In short, if you wish to be ignored then this is the store for you. I recommend you go elsewhere.

Ace is NOT the place: Home Depot is! Especially if you need to get copies made of your house key and your contractor super-glued a cover on the key. 3 keys made by Ace Hardware did NOT work but the 3 made by Richard Osborne, Pro Department Supervisor, work beautifully! The simple task of making a key was complicated by the glued-on cover and it required two employees using snips, pliers, a knife and possibly some special incantations to remove the cover and expose the key to be copied. Richard was friendly, helpful, and thorough in his valiant and successful effort to cut me 3 shiny new keys that all work on my house. Thank you for your perseverance, Richard and Home Depot.

Dave in the Hendersonville store paint department was very helpful and worked diligently to help me match the right paint color. I felt Dave valued my business and wanted to be sure I left as a Happy Customer!

I wanted to surprise my husband by having Home Depot install our LifeProof floors instead of doing it ourselves since he (a disabled Veteran) was recovering from recent ankle fusion surgery. Unfortunately nobody at the Hendersonville NC store will pick up the phone (I called for DAYS and got no answer on any line) and their installer (Wes at Romanoff Renovations) was evasive and impossible to work with. After much frustration and many attempts to get answers on the materials and how to prepare, their installer showed up and refused to do the job unless we replaced the entire subfloor. I ended up getting clearance from my husband's surgeon and then cancelled the HD job, and we did it ourselves. We saved thousands of dollars, not only on the installation labor but also on the subfloor that did NOT need to be completely replaced, plus we were able to return all but two of the FOURTEEN transition strips that HD insisted we purchase. Wes at Romanoff refused to answer even the most simple questions and the few bits of information he did provide were contradictory to the answers I got from the flooring experts at HD's 877 number. The only reason I even tried to proceed after my initial contact with Wes was because we'd had a fantastic experience with LifeProof installation in a different home a year ago, working with the HD installers in a different location (San Diego CA).

go see Jose Perez in Lumber. he was kind, respectful and listened to my needs. He helped me with other items in the store as well. This store needs more employees like Jose. Go check out at the pro desk with Hilary. She actually said she appreciated my business and hopes I come back soon. This little thing goes a long way with all smiles from these two!!!!!

Be nicer to people on the phone. When asking about product available allow a way for a person traveling a long distance to purchase over the phone or employee can unlock online site so person can purchase online and then pick it up. sorry, you'll have to drive all the wY over here and hope it's still here is an unacceptable answer.

Purchased a washing machine and had a very positive experience - delivery kept me up to speed on date of arrival and time. They even called 30 minutes in advance during my time window. The delivery guy wore a mask, kept his distance, and was extremely efficient with the installation and testing, so it made the experience way less stressful. The washing machine arrived in perfect condition and in great working order.

They do not inspect their rental trucks. Key in the ignition did not work well at all and when I pointed it out they blew me off! Will not use them again.

Once again I have been impressed by the efficiency and service of our local Home Depot. I placed an order on line for lumber and topsoil.....the communication was excellent and the delivery guys were friendly, courteous, and quick. The ease of their ordering process and the follow through is extremely consistent!

I have encountered nothing but helpful kind people at this store!! I got countertops here, lots of paint supplies, lighting, new kitchen items such as a sink and faucet. We also explored flooring options and everyone was fantastic from every department! Erika the cashier is probably the most amazing individual on the planet! But I love this store. I went to Lowe's in Arden because I live in fletcher and once coming here I return loyally for all my Home Depot needs! I highly recommend this place. Not understanding all the bad reviews!

buyer beware..they opened a second credit card without my consent and Citi bank sent me a bill for my other account with zero balance management is shady and does not care about the wrong doings in there own store. they would rather blame the customer.. I am getting legal advice now and will sue the store for ruining my credit over this. so be very aware when you are at the customer service desk because they care more about there "quota" then the customer.
