I've reached out multiple times via phone, and have told 3 different workers I'd like a supervisor to give me a call back. No calls back, and no one answers the phone from this location.

Negative 500 on attitude and job performance. ALWAYS A HASSLE and the employee are RUDE!!! Obviously nobody is concerned about your time or package. Waited over an hour to pick up some simple package that should have been delivered to me at home to begin with. NOTHING EVER CHANGES HERE. They should be better hiring from the homeless shelter in my opinion

I have had around 20 addresses in several different states. I had never had this much trouble getting packages. I ordered something on EBAY and it was out for delivery. At the end of the day it showed delivered, individual picked up at postal facility. I did not such thing. How would I know to pick it up when I am waiting for it and it doesn't say undeliverable? It is a vinyl album so they probably didn't want to drive up the driveway. I think thievery is going on here. They can't find it at the annex.

Super nice clerk told me where to go to get flat rate boxes. Very friendly even at closing time.This is only a sorting facility, so for other needs please go to the mall on Four seasons Blvd.

I have lived at the same address for 7 years and they still deliver my mail to the WRONG ADDRESS!! This is the WORST POSTOFFICE EVER! My address is CORRECT on my package but they still delivered it to someone else! Can they not READ MAYBE ITS TIME FOR NEW PEOPLE to deliver the mail!!! If it doesn’t get retrieved unopened today she owes me $100.00 for the item plus my time and trouble maybe them they will actually do their job correctly!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!

I missed the delivery of an important, time sensitive package and the folks at this place were so pleasant and quick to help. I had very low expectations going in and was completely blown away by how kind and accommodating they were.

""Attempted delivery" notice twice for unidentified package. Could not locate item on repeated visits to office. Finally told I was out of luck, have to report as lost. I didn't even know what it was. Never got response.

USPS is so incompetent. They always send someone who has no idea where to deliver packages and mark the deliveries as "unsuccessful" then want us to come pick them up. Today they gave me a run around and wouldn't release my parcel to me. Do better.

Very bad office, they leave a notice for re delivery and I sign it and they never bring the package back for re delivery

Wow I thought I was the only person this facility has no clue how to get a package to but then I just read NUMEROUS reviews stating the same thing. If nothing else this place is consistent, consistently BAD. One day I can get a package delivered to my house, the next I can't, absolutely no rhyme or reason to when or if I will get my packages and unfortunately most online retailers don't give you an option as to who they will use to ship your purchase because if they did I would NEVER use the Post Office. If Louis DeJoy wanted to destroy the postal service he's done an amazing job.

I only gave one star because 0 isn't an option. If I ever get a package that doesn't fit in my mail box, they WILL not drop it at my house... but darn they sure love to use my driveway as a turn around. Dear usps, if you cannot deliver a package please stop accepting acting like you do. It happens every time, then don't get me started on the attitude and poor handling of your package done at the annex. I don't complain but this is one place I hate.....

Consistently will not deliver to my house- all other delivery services do. Consistently I get notice that “delivery attempted”- which is a lie- I am home- I see all delivery trucks. This is the worst post office.

Horrible service, they refuse to deliver my package. It was a large dog crate, they said that the mail box was full. That package would not fit in the mailbox the driver was just lazy and didn’t want to come walk it to my front door. I tried to get a redelivery and it said it was confirmed but still not package. Nobody answers the phone. This place is awful. They also lost a package I was mailing to a friend over Christmas. I wouldn’t be surprised if the carriers are stealing them. If I can help it I am never sending another package through them.
