Me and my husband sat in the bank for an hour with no help. We had to leave and go to another bank.

Eight people in line and just one teller. So I left and came back the next day. Crazy, exact same situation. Time to find a bank that realizes that they exist because of their customers.

Ordered checks with the account and 5 weeks later no checks have arrived and am told the local branch will not print a set of temporary checks. Phone calls are not answered. And all account holders are not recognized in the system. Some of the staff is friendly and efficient.

I used the far ATM, The money came out so fast and flew all over the drive. I had to get out of my car and chase my money down. The ATM wheels need to be checked.

I cannot deal with how slow this bank is, the wait times are unbelievable. I’m closing my accounts and switching to another establishment at this point.

Deposited a very large check which the teller apparently deposited twice. Now Wells Fargo has frozen my account, placed my account under review and tells me I will have to wait at least ten days before I can access my funds because of their mistake. Apparently they didn’t learn anything from the Federal government dealing with their dirty ways of customer service and stealing from people.

I would give a zero if this site allowed it. I deposited a large check on the fourth and was told my funds would be available on the seventh and ninth. the teller apparently deposited it twice which caused the corporate stooges to freeze my entire account because of "suspicious " activity. I have now been told that because of their own mistakes that my account is under review and no funds available until the fourteenth. I called the Hendersonville branch only to find out that they refuse to answer their phones, wonderful customer service, if you don't believe they offer great customer service look at the sign behind their counter, what a joke !!! When you contact the executive division you get the same run around treatment. do NOT bank at Wells Fargo if you want to be treated like a person. they don't care. they suck.

After 30 years of banking with Wells Fargo, SHAME on Wells Fargo. If you try and call a branch NO ONE WILL PICK UP. Opened a business account and the banker ordered ESTATE checks and failed to order ATM cards as I sat right in front of him. Had to PAY to have the correct checks overnighted due to the banks ERROR. They wouldn't overnight debit card even though it was there fault! The ONLY reason we continue to bank here is the robust on line banking. There is ZERO customer service. What about people, particularly elderly, who may not have web access to make an appointment? THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS and at this point we are considering a new bank!!

S L O WFive employees huddled around a single computer at the drive thru window. *One* open teller, and nine people waiting to be seen. For such a huge financial institution this is appalling. Step it up or we'll move it out.

Inside staff are nice enough, but don't ever try to call the bank. After going through 10 recorded messages, it turns out you can't actually talk to someone who works at the local branch. You'll might get to talk to someone in Charlotte if you're willing to wait 30 minutes, but nobody answers the phone in Hendersonville.

I was first to be seen to open an account and the guy sees the Mexican family first who is taking up all the chairs very slow at getting people in and out and poor customer service skills you'd think they want my money since I'm trying to open an account might go elsewhere

THIS IS the worst bank I've ever had to deal with. First time I used my banking card was at UPS. My card was declined. UPS suggested I use it as a credit card---that was declined so I had to pay by check. When I returned home, I called Well Fargo and they assured me it would be put on a status that wouldn't happen again. Then when I tried to LOGIN to my acct, I was locked out after 3 tries. When I called the bank to get help, they told me they were going to handle this problem,, so I waited on line for a long time and then they hungup on me. Now, weeks later, I still can't get into my acct. to see how much money I have available, but I can't. I called WF and talked to a banker who said I would have to come into the bank. I am 81 years old and can't drive due to a back injury. I was just into WF a few weeks ago (I had a friend drive me). I have explained that I am locked out of my online banking acct. I know the user name and password were correct because my pass word is the name of my deceased son. I wouldn't forget that. Can someone please re install my online acct. If this mess continues I will be forced to change to a smaller, local, bank. PLEASE RESTORE MY ONLINE ACCT SO I WILL KNOW HOW MUCH IS IN THE ACCT.

As I sit in the lobby with 4 other people awaiting someone to stamp an insurance check to ba approved for a claim on my home which I have financed through Wells Fargo. Nobody even comes out to acknowledge anyone that's waiting! I went through this a week prior to have a different check stamped and approved I waited for 1 hour and 38 minutes they stamped check then wanted 75 to cash it! I don't have an account with them however I do have my home mortgage with them they still wouldn't cash it. So here I sit waiting I will give updates on how long this visit takes.

Three weeks after a fraudulent situation I still don't have a replacement debit card. Wells Fargo had great customer service. Another company using covid 19 as an excuse for bad bad service.
