“The attendant is very helpful!!!!!! When I first came here I didn’t know what to do. Prior to that, , my previous visits required the use of coins. So, I was expecting to use coins. She showed me how to download money on my card. Now I am able to use the services with no problem. I can come to the Hertford Wash House at any time with my husband. Yay!!!!”
