“Y'all this place couldn't get any better !! I booked my storage unit on a Saturday not realizing the office was closed 😔 I tried giving the office a call in hopes someone would answer and they did !!! That someone was Roy. He just happened to be at the Elizabeth City location cutting the grass when he came inside and heard the phone ring. He decided on his day off to go ahead and pick it up and when I told him what happened he said no problem, We got you. He drove from Elizabeth City down to hertford ON HIS DAY OFF to give me my lock and password. That is top quality customer service right there. We are beyond grateful for this company and for Roy for going above and beyond for us when he didn't have to. If you're looking for a top tier self storage company this is it.”
