I have never been so impressed with a financial institution to date. I have been banking, have credit cards with, and my mortgage with Wells Fargo since 1999. I can't even recall their name before it was Wachovia. I came into financial hardship due to a severe injury. Wells Fargo has not worked with me to help me help my situation in any way. I have attempted everything from A-Z, including freezing accounts in attempt to pay them off. Their response was no to everything. No financial advice available, no information. I walked into this place, and my story counted. I was a person. It was the best decision. I am closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo. SECU has given me something I've not had in over a year, financial peace.
